Extremely poor office management with an insensitive and inconsiderate office manager. I was "7 minutes" late to an annual physical appointment of my daughter and we were sent back by the office manager under clause of "office policy". When I explained her the reason that my daughter forgot that she was to be picked up afterschool and accidently took the bus home which delayed us to add on to the 3pm afterschool traffic she simply told me " this was the doctors decision". Now come on we all know the major role she played in influencing this decision. My daughter was in tears as she felt bad thinking that this was her fault but the office manager didnt even look at her - in fact she has "never ever" even smiled at us. Honestly we need a doctor who genuinely cares for us and employees staff that put patients first ... I have sent him an email to call me to address this issue ... Ill keep everyone posted on how he handles this matter.
