Moved to the area and made appointments for my family for new patients. The physician who saw my 3 year old seemed to not know what she was doing in regards to seeing a toddler. I wish I would have just taken my daughter to a better pediatrician. She was misdiagnosed with a yeast infection and given a prescription to start while we awaited the lab results. Then I was called a few days later, and informed that she did not have a yeast infection, to take her off the medication right away, and they had no idea what was wrong with her. Also, their billing department and office manager were rude and condescending when I tried to call and clear up a billing issue. The office lied to me and billed our insurance for claims that we were not made aware of. And they show no remorse and kept trying to make it sound like it was all my fault or my insurance companies fault.

Several years ago my Doc passed away and another group took over her practice in Delran. I was very unhappy with their office from the start and asked colleagues and friends for recommendations for a new GP. A friend was emphatic about his new doctor and referred me to Bruneau Family Care. I am VERY happy he did. I see Dr. Hancq and have been very satisfied. She has a straight forward, kind manner and asks about my life as well as my medical conditions. I am seen promptly, the office is clean, the front desk staff as well as the medical assistants have all been very pleasant.
