This doctors office has recently tried to scam my mother. She went in to get vaccines, charged her for the vaccines (even though her healthcare provider DOES cover vaccines), then turned around and charged her health insurance provider for a level 4 comprehensive exam that NEVER occurred. The billing office is handling this issue very poorly. The workers at the front desk refused to send an itemized receipt of the vaccination visit to my mothers health insurance. Every time my mother tries to get in contact with the billing office about this issue, they claim to be "looking into it" and thats all that is said. This doctors office is greedy, poor with communication and lacks integrity altogether. DO NOT GO HERE. I am disgusted with this practice.

She is the worst doctor, I have ever met. My wife had c - section couple of months back and she is breastfeeding our daughter. We visited her for Master Health Checkup and after her blood work we came to know that her triglyceride level is very high. Dr Prema Prasad prescribed some medication and after receiving it from CVS pharmacy we came to know that it should not be taken while breast feeding. She never told us about this and when we tried to contact over call, she is not responding. Her office is more interested for one more appointment and I guess this is due to co-pay.

I hope this saying is true. "What comes around goes around." look at reviews for urgi-med in Randolph NJ. Prema Prasad should be banned from practicing medicine. Do not understand why she is still in the business with shady billing practices and running biggest health care scam in the area. I have huge doubts about her medical license and her education i strongly believe that they are manufactured.

Very poor handling of after visit services & follow ups. If you call on front desk for any query or to speak with Doctor or Manager always receives similar response that we will give you call back but never received one. Also, false promises by people working in this clinic. I would never recommend anyone to visit Urgimed care.

Never met Doctor, staff was nice. But I have unresolved bill since January 2016. I overpaid amount due and still waiting for refund. Would never go there again. It is now over 4 months . One star is too many should be zero stars

Went in as a walk in patient and decided to use Dr. Prasad as my primary doctor. Shes terrific! I have been going to her for several years. Would definitely recommend her.
