I brought my daughter here for a second opinion after having a previous consultation with another local, well-known and boisterous orthodontist. That experience left me feeling like I was being sold a used car or a plate of hot wings (not the impression you want when considering the next years of your childs oral health and self image). Dr. Sterns office came highly recommended, and the difference was clear from the moment we entered the waiting room (which was sans pinball machines, thank goodness). The staff were warm and professional, and our wait was very short. We met with Dr. Stavisky, who introduced herself and then immediately began a conversation with my child. She worked to get to know her, rather than selling me some spiel. While the other office did about three minutes of an "examination" before laying out five years worth of payments for service, Dr. Stavisky explained that this office makes no claims to knowing the costs before a full diagnostic exam (xrays and molds). I appreciate their insistence on knowing my child as a unique person with her own needs, and I look forward to seeing them every few weeks for the next several years. Ill be sure to review further as we have more experiences here.

Dr Bob and Dr Tanya make my daughter feel so relaxed when she is in the office, she cant wait to share whats going on in her life and show how good of a patient she has been, the wooden nickel program is a great motivator! She is happy to brush well and wear her Stern Orthodontics tee shirt in an effort to collect as many wooden nickels as she can to save up for the next interesting prize! Kim, Chris, Jillian and Debbie, the dental assistants, are so patient and make my daughter feel special and comfortable while she is in the chair for her adjustment. Overall, I have had a great experience in this office.

I went in the waiting room I was called in and my appointment was at 2:30 and I was there for a half an hour they kept skipping me and going to the white people then I was thinking about walking out but I was going to wait some more until they came to me after 30 minutes its usually 10 minutes and Im done. But this is ridiculous how I had to wait so long. I recommend if you dont have patience like I do do not go there overall there service is okay but if you dont have paticene dont come here at all.

Horrible place. Do not take your children here. They are unprofessional and rude to even your children. My son had an appointment, they rudley whispered about our financial issues in front of my son and other paitients. They also didnt explain anything to him, and did not speak to him about anything when they were "fixing" his braces. To add to this, he entered with a broken bracket, and they did not even replace it. Unfriendly, rude, and unforgivable experience. Youre only good for their money.

Thank you Dr stern and everyone at DR sterns office for giving me a the perfect smile i cant wait to see my smile when my braces come off soon . i will tell my family and friends about Dr stern so if they need braces or dental work they can maybe find this office to come and get a visit.

We love Stern orthodontics! From the time they answer the phone they make you feel like family. Both Doctors are fantastic and my daughter loves being a patient there. I was a dental assistant for over 13 years and wouldnt recommend anywhere else.
