I switched doctors after my first appointment. Either I dont think anything to numb my throat was used when checking for vocal nodes, or he was just more thoughtless about the experience on my end, and it made it pretty awful. He also didnt diagnose me with nodes but calluses, and told me to go on vocal rest (as a teacher and singer) and didnt recommend other options besides surgery which he didnt think I needed. I wasnt even aware about options like vocal therapy until singer friends told me, and so I hoped they would go away and have since gotten worse. When I called their office to get a reference for vocal therapy the office seemed like they never even knew Id been there and my vocal therapist said not even vocal calluses were written down when they sent the records. I am currently in voice therapy and taking voice lessons and just had an appointment with a different doctor today. She was much more thorough in asking questions about my body and made the process of checking,which I was really dreading, much better.

Dr. Khan was good. Have no complaints there. The clerical staff isnt all that great. As I was sitting int he waiting room the medical assistant and the woman sitting upfront were gossiping about other staff members and in general. That in itself sets a bad tone & they dont know how to get it together with their paperwork. They have given me a really hard time making sure all went smooth with sending me elsewhere. They need to communicate better and know their own policies better.

Dr. Khan is an incredibly kind, professional, and thorough physician. I came to him with a decades-long history of chronic sinus infections. Dr. Khan was the first ENT I saw who took a fully integrated and preventative approach to my care. Adhering to his treatment plan has had me symptom-free for months!! Ive already referred several of my family and friends to Dr. Khan.

Dr Khan was very thorough and very kind. Took the time to sit and talk w me. You dont find compssionate Drs like him very often. He is young..but old school..manners and great bedside manner.Staff was very kind as well.
