Do not recommend coming here if you are suffering from symptoms of strep because they only test for Strep- A, But there are many different strands of strep all the way to Strep-G that I have learned they do not test for, after suffering for three days, being told I had a virus from there PA. So I went to another urgent care sick as a dog fever, throwing up and tonsils still inflamed....they tested me I had Strep-C and needed antibiotics asap! When northwell finally called with my results I already knew I had Strep-C, and they stated I was negative for Strep I asked how as I just tested positive for C they said they dont test for that only A that C is to rare! Well weather its rare or not I have it and was very very very ill, you told me I had a virus still tried telling me it was viral, because you did not test for what you should have. Go to Excel urgent care if you have any sore throat issues as they test for all strands, with them I would still be home thinking I was fighting a virus, absolute insanity !

I was very hesitant to go to an urgent care because of the wait time and also how well the providers are but one day I was truly deperate & made an appointment online & did not wait at all whatsoever. Gracious John, PA seen me. Hes better than my own primary care physician! He is very detailed and fully covered every single thing. He made me aware of his thoughts & ideas and we both agreed on a treatment plan. He is very caring & compassionate & really just wants the best for you. The office is gorgeous & everything is high-tech, its clean and the medical staff is up to date on diseases & treatments.

I had to see an MD due to sudden onset 102 fever. It came on suddenly after 5pm.... I was able to book an appointment hassle-free online. Minimal questions but still only needed to fill out 1 page when I got there. I had NO wait time! Staff was friendly. Facility was immaculate. I had blood and urine tests,as usual, but doctor was able to diagnose immediately with urinary infection. I had NO urinary symptoms so would never have guessed that. Now I am taking antibiotic and will soon be on the mend with no time off from work. Love the hours! All in all a great experience.

First visit ever. Checked in and got registered almost immediately. Seating was super spacious & there are even charging stations next to every other seat, I thought was pretty neat. Staff was super friendly & office was very clean. I gave my symptoms, was seen by a physician, and given flu medication. The script was sent directly to my pharmacy waiting for me. I was out in less than 45 minutes. Way faster than my primary care physicians office would ever be. I recommend this office to anyone looking for quick urgent care! Way to go Northwell Health.

Terrible.....even before see the doctor I am waiting 2 hours for my daughter to see a doctor, her wait time keeps getting higher! I cam in to about 7 people ahead of me no big deal but then I see all these names jumping ahead beacausee of online check in but seriously! For all this you could just go to the hospital! I thought wth purpose of this was to help the hospital cut back and for patients to be seen quicker than in a hospital! Right now they are neck and neck!

Very good experience. Office is beautiful, new, modern, big treatment rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, Especially the person at front desk. Those employees are the first impression and she was wonderfully friendly and attentive. The way a person wants to be greeted. I went at 8:30 am on a Thursday, and I was the only patient there. That, of course, added to the positive experience.

I couldnt get in to see my doctor and someone suggested I try the Go-Health Urgent Care in Bay Shore. I was unsure what kind of care I would get for an infection I had, but what I can tell you is that they were wonderful! I received excellent care, everything was explained fully as to what the next steps in treating the infection were. I highly recommend this location. Very pleased.

Ever watch a medical drama and say "doctors offices are never that modern and sleek and clean"? Well this one is! Went at 9:45 am on a Wednesday. No wait. M.A. staff was great and the P.A. was thorough, super nice and friendly. Got an x-ray, diagnosis and some treatment in no time at all. I definitely have my go-to for when my Primary Care Physician is too booked up.

Everyone was very nice. They were fast and effective. They told me what they thought I had. And then I told them what normally happens to me when I get this and they took what I had to say into consideration and into our treatment plan. I loved this place! It was also very clean and modern looking. It did. It make me fee uncomfortable being there.

The facility was very nice. The PA was hurried, didnt listen, rushed in and out. There was no backup line, just didnt want to spend time to figure out the the symptoms and a treatment plan. It was a waste of time, money, and delayed my recovery another 48 hours until I received appropriate advice and treatment.

So grateful to the staff at this urgent care! I was so anxious about my daughter and her dislocated elbow, and they were the sweetest! I couldnt have been happier with the experience and the care they gave us. I ended up having to go back because I was sick, and they were so thorough and helpful.

Had a very good experience and its soooo clean. I hope they can upkeep their cleanliness. It doesnt feel like youre in a medical office with that stuffy smelly feeling. Love that you can sign in online and technically "book" an appointment!
