Appointment was on Friday August 4, 2017. I was turned off immediately after arriving here. Front desk personnel were not welcoming with any type of greeting, not even when I when to the desk telling them I was here for an appointment. The 2nd turn off, was the rude worker (who wears glasses) practically bumped into my fiance who was looking at the pet pictures. Rather than say "excuse me", he turns saying "well you saw me coming." At that point I no longer wanted my cat to be seen by the vet and walked out of office. The only reason I selected this hospital was due to a commercial I saw on Bronx news 12. My first clue should have been when we were the only patients in the waiting office. I refused to spend my money when customer service and professionalism is so lacking. Please note that when we called to complain about the rude person and requested to speak with a manager, the receptionist handed the phone over to a person named Joseph. He was equally rude, told us not to come back and hung up the phone. Bottom Line: If you like to give your money to rude and unprofessional people then this is the place for you. Otherwise, find another location that will treat you and your pet appropriately.

worst place ever! i was there yesterday because i was extreamly worried about my puppy and his health. The doctor there did a parvo test and it out negative. But they somehow wanted the puppy to stay there for three days and charge me 1150. After i explained to them that i couldnt afford it they still charged me 220 for fluids for my puppy. The doctor also got really upset when my puppy screted blood onto his examination table... not very professional. I was so nevous about my puppy because the second doctor made it out like he was going to die in a few hours due to parvo, i left there crying. Then i got a second opion from a animal rescue center and apparently my puppy was in good health and didnt have parvo. So i pretty much spent 220 on a horrible horrible examination. They just want to take your money and thats it! dont go there!

Terrible!! My dog passed away on January 26 and she was dropped off here for cremation. I was so devastated I could barely speak. I went with a friend who was doing most of the talking for me and we were clearly informed that we were paying for the ashes as well as death certificate and paw print. Came to find out my dog was cremated without getting a paw print!! They stated I never checked off the box wanting a paw print but who is going to be able to go through a whole document to check off a section that we were already promised getting? You cant take advantage of someones mentals state after losing a beloved pet. Little did they know we have the entire conversation recorded specifically when we were promised the paw print as "paw print comes included with what you are paying for". They have a lawsuit coming their way!!

I brought my cat to check if she had Asthma, 3 visits, 2 Chest XRays, 1 Exam and no results were relayed to me. Only asked to come back to be reevaluated there goes 1200. On leaving to Costa Rica, I needed a Rabies Vaccine but was told the 4 month cat was too young. I later find out that that was the time period to give out the Vaccine. I then call to bring 2 boy cats in for Neutered and got a very rude receptionist and had one of the worst phone calls. It is sad there are always about the money and not the care. Working in a medical office, I always offer discounts help the community but VETS these days have a very dismissive approach to animals.

Ive been bringing my dog here since I got him at 11 months.i researched alot of places before deciding on this one. And it was also recommended. I have had nothing but a positive experience. My dog is treated well and his exam goes accordingly. One of the receptionists is a bit rough around the edges but I dont focus on that. Im more concerned with my dogs health. The rates are not expensive compared to other vets. I invested in insurance so the cost to me is mininal.

There are people in my neighborhood who put this place down and complained about it. I went there twice so far for my 3 month old puppy and had nothing but good experiences. Ive gone to four different places for my puppy and his brother who is owned by my mother. I will say this of the two doctors I saw and the assistant who helps the doctors. They all answered every single question and concern I had about my puppy thoroughly.

I always brought my cats here without any issues. I trusted them with my dog and that was the biggest mistake ive ever made. They removed tumors for a high price, butchered my dog and still left stiches in my dog. Two weeks later my dog has this nasty rash over her body.....Mind you this is my service dog, I cant live without this dog. I dont recommend this clinic for any dog parent.

Wish there was a way to leave zero star review very unprofessional they dont look at your pet as a loved one they look at them as a dollar sign very unprofessional and incompitant staff its more of a butcher shop then a vetinarian pls dont not take any of your pets to this location
