Doctor Mark hill is very impatient, he has a nasty attitude, he is not friendly or sociable. When I leave his office I dont feel content and I leave feeling concerned with my unanswered questions. If he would just smile, and just pretend he cares, that would work. Importantly he is not kid friendly, cant even hear them talk in the waiting room, their little voices irritate him. My son and I have been patients of horrible DR, Mark Hill for a year now unfortunately Ive stayed this long with him cause its walking distant from my house and I dont have a car. I am a nursing student and I have work experience in medical offices and clinics. Im very patient and loving, I loathe the fact that I have to write this review but he is the worse doctor I have dealt with thus far. Most crucially the office is filthy dirty, dust and mouse traps on the floor. His front desk secretary is rude and his staff are clueless to any medical experience, they have trouble with taking simple vitals and cant function a weight scale. All the medical equipment is ancient old, the beds are ripped and dirty. I pray he learns to be more like the doctors I work with, more patient and more concerned then I am with my medical issues. More eager to help and genuinely care. He just wants to rush you out of his office even if theres no patients next. He should smile and be happy his the damn successful doctor

After moving to New York, my close friend recommended Dr. Mark Hill. Dr. Hill and his staff are friendly, efficient and actually cares about their patients. Dr Hill and his staff have been helpful to me to understand and learn how control my LUPUS SLE. They also referred me to specialists who can further assist with my care. Dr. Hills office is convenient in location, clean and offers a warm atmosphere. Dr. Hill and staff, thank you for treating me with care, rather than another dollar that other doctors see patients as.

First time there today & I was very pleased. I was late to my appointment so I expected to have a long wait but I didnt at all to what I was normally used to. The staff was friendly. The medical assistants made my children feel very comfortable that they didnt even cry when they got their blood drawn & shots. Last, but not least Dr.Hill was very pleasant.

paperwork and files all over the floor in heaps!!! Very unorganized and all is in a dissarray. Doctor takes a long time to get back to you with ?s and they can never find any paperwork. He will not give out referrals unless "HE" feels it is medically necessary!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This place is a joke. Extremely overbooked and disorganized. Piles of paper everywhere. They nickel and dime you for everything, like charging $15 just to fill out a simple form. They overutilize services and only care about the money. Would not recommend.

The worst Dr please dont go there they are all about the Benjamins his name should be Dr pill some of his staff are really nice however there is a receptionist who is a bit ch on wheels I give them zero stars
