Ive been a patient with Dr. Murthy for well over 12 years, now. He is always very professional, kind and you never feel rushed. Although Ive moved to Westchester County I will continue with Dr. Murthy. No one can compare, especially when Im able to see him in an emergency, that would otherwise take a minimum of 2-3 hours at a DOCS or hospital. Yes, it can be a very busy place, but he is a pediatrician. Depending on the season, there will be wait times, no different than any other doctors office. Overall, its been a pleasant experience.

The customer representative is extremely disrespectful. I urge Dr. Murthy, please hire someone who can do better communication with patients. You are one of the best Dr but your popularity impacts because of them.
