The Bronx Dental center is most unprofessional dental office Ive ever been to I was referred by my friend I ask myself why is she coming to this office the staff were so sweet while I was getting my paper work filled out I needed help and the girl in the front stop what she was doing to help me but when I got to the dental room I wasnt what I aspected Im in the room waiting to get seen after my X-rays and all you here is the doctor talking to his employees in a very unprofessional way I really dont know how he has anyone working for him with this kind of attitude the doctors look so young and they talk horrible to top it off I waited 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned if my appointment is at 1:30pm it shouldnt take until 3:30pm for me to get seen worse place ever wont go back nor would I recommend anyone to this office I really dont know how anyone can go here.

Three words that describe Bronx dental rude, unprofessional and incompetent. The staff here is very uncivil, nasty attitudes they were openly gossiping about patients with their colleagues, not only is that very unprofessional but a violation of HIPPA. went there to fill two cavitities and left there with a huge cut on my lips from the work of a overly aggressive dentist. Who didnt even apologize when he cut my lip with the scraper tool. There was alot more things that turned me off about this place but im not in the mood today to write a three page essay. I dont see how anyone can give this place positive reviews, their staff must have written those reviews. Stay away from this place. I would only recommend them to my worst enemy.

Great Dentist in the Bronx. I went to get a root canal and a crown placed on top of it. I had this procedure done, and I was fearing the worst, pain wise. The root canal went off without a hitch, and a temporary crown was applied over the tooth. A week later i returned and had the permanent crown installed. It fit great, matched in color, and has held up nicely. The staff at the Bronx Dental Center is courteous, punctual, and kind. The Bronx Dental Center is clean and neat. Anyone looking for a skilled dentist, with a great staff, should definitely call the Bronx Dental Center. They also do Cosmetic Dentistry, family dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.

At first it went well for example the cleaning part it went good. But they have a way of scarring you into making decisions you really dont need in an emergency. They said I was going to loose my front bunny teeth and I ended up doing a four root canals with four crowns mind you it was only one bunny tooth that I had a problem with. A year later I ended up going to another dentist bc I had a feeling they were going to come out with another story which they did. Well here I am at another site and very happy with my new dentist. BTW the crown didnt last on that problem bunny tooth and the root canal wasnt well done either. Very dissatisfied

******I have been waiting for 3 1/2 for just a routine cleaning on a Wednesday. I got to leave for work in 5 minutes. What am i going to do now. They keep telling someone will be right in but nobody has come to clean my teeth. This is unacceptable. Brooklyn Nets dentist, well maybe the dont wait this long. ********

Ive been going here for a couple of months and I can say that I love this place. Dr. Shine is the best. She takes very good care of you. She makes sure youre comfortable and there is a tv in the room to keep you calm. I also brought my son and he said he isnt scared of dentists anymore.

I had a great experience at this dental center. Theyre very organized and welcoming. The wait time is very minimal. I will definitely be returning! I originally found them through ZocDoc so Im very happy that it worked out well. I definitely recommended them for all adults and children.

My tooth was killing me. My friend had gone to this dental office before and recommended me. It turned out I needed a root canal done. They took care of the root canal. They accepted my insurance. I didnt have to pay a dime. Definetly will go back there for future teeth work.

They are super slow and unprofessional I made an appointment for 11am and had to wait 1 hour and 15 min to get seated and I was still waiting after that so I left straight up a trash place super garbage dont waste your time go to a professional place I made a mistake.

dentist is nice, but this is the 3rd time ive been waiting for them to call me back when my teeth are done. They did a fitting and said it should take a month, it has been 3 months, I called and they said "oh yeah, its been in, we forgot to call you". horrible

The staff was so friendly that I was comfortable enough to get that much needed extraction that I was prolonging. Also pain was not an issue, not even after the extraction. I would recommend this wonderful dental clinic to the world.
