I have been going there since i was 18 and now i am 29 with my two kids and the doctors are great from OB to pediatric. There is a wait sometimes but whondoes not wait at doctors office.. one thing i do notice is that they let the phone ring so much and no one pick up even though they seem not busy...they need to get a better phone system and a better friendly faces. The employees look so miserable and mad all the time and seem like they dont care about us, the patients and it is not good. I recommend doctor Dudek and doctor Rynja and doctor clarik. My favorite nurse is Rochelle. She is super nice and helpful.

This is the worst clinic on this earth they service sucks, they never ever answer the phone. I walked in the office and called and watch them all sit there and ignore my phone calls five times. I asked them why no one ever picks up Charles, said we always busy mind you no one was at the counter. I had a 5pm appointment and didnt see Dr duret, until 7:35pm now tell me if this is the kind of clinic you wanna visit. They have one receptionist who is a sweetheart who really try to help people her last name is Bernard.

My kids have been going there since birth (21-22 yrs). They have steadily declined in service and professionalism. I am a manager at a doctors office myself and am appalled at the level of service from this place. My first kid stopped going there before she became an adult and my second kid just told me how he has been treated and will never go again!! Good luck getting someone to pick up the phone and be prepared to be on hold forever. They need a complete overhaul of the office and the staff!

I used to be a patient here for 14 years. They dont pick up the phone and when you finally get someone they will put you on hold and hang up the phone.dont go there their attitude stink. the new staff is horrible and waiting time up to 3 hrs to get seeing by a doctor. They will see you depending on the medical assistant mood and doctor mood. Which whenever they feel like it. Its 2016 I had enough of this people traveling all the way from New Jersey.

THE WORST CLINIC EVER filled with incompetent staff. They have canceled my appts without my consent & then dont reschedule you. They DONT answer the phone. How am I waiting almost 2hrs to be seen WHEN I HAD AN APPT. DONT waste your time here.

Worst service, I try to avoid coming here. Once a year for my annual check up is my limit! Youll never get someone on the phone. Attitude sucks! Docs just piss me off....
