I had an appointment set to see Dr. Sherin Ibrahim at 3 pm, made arrangements to leave work earlier to be able to make the appointment. On the day of the appointment I get a call at 10 am and am being told that that do to earlier cancellations the doctor doesnt want to wait for me until 3 pm and that I can either come at 1 pm or the appointment will be canceled and can be rescheduled for another time. Im appalled and disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by American Dental staff specifically the doctor in question. I know that such behavior is pervasive and at times understandable, however the sheer laziness to follow through with the appointment that had been previously arranged by your own staff because of an inconvenience is outrageous and unacceptable. I will have to look for another Dental office.

I went to their former office on kings highway and had a good experience getting a basic cleaning but didnt like the actual office. Went to another office for filling. That other dentist office (NOT American dental) messed up my filling and I came back to American Dental to find they moved into a new location (in a medical billing) about a block away. Really a nice, has a kids play area and office staff was nice. Additionally the dentist was very nice and you could tell he was very professional and personable. He did a couple additional x-Rays and didnt charge because he simply wanted to see another angle. Most places would have tacted on the fee. Also - my appointment was at 11am and I prob waited less than 15 minutes.

I was not going to go to this office due to the reviews posted, but I decided to call and check out if I was able to go in for an emergency as I was in a lot of pain. I was actually surprised how they told me to come in without any appointment, I only waited 15 minutes to see a dentist. I was greeted by the new office manager Kathy. She made sure I was taken cared of. This is my office it has changed. If you need help ask for the manager she is great. Andre H

I have waited more than 1 hour to see the dentist on numerous occasions and because my 6yr old and I was late not even 15 minutes Dr Kaur refuses to see him? How dare you be so discourteous to your clients? Our 43,000 MEMBER UNION who frequent AMERICAN DENTAL this place could at least have a common courtesy to accept a lateness since we sit and wait for years! I say we all find a new IMPROVED dental facility to patronize.

This place was amazing. The doctor that took care of me here for my wisdom tooth extraction + other multiple tooth extractions was really good at getting those teeth out painlessly and comfortably. Ive never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for any of my appointments so that was awesome. The staff was kind and helpful and that was also nice. Just an overall great dental office.

The dentists here are dangerous. They dont know what they are doing at all. Also the staff sucks they dont even know how to make a patient in pain feel better but just retarded questions and make yourself feel bad about themselves.

Majority of the staff are great, however. They are a couple of them , who deserved to be fired. And they is 1 who is running a scam, she lies about paying extra. But she wants you to give the money to her.

It was disaster!!!!! After my visit here I have to put 1 crown on the teeth which needed only small filling. Please be careful and better, find another really professional dentist!!!
