The wait time is completely unacceptable. Came in today with an appointment. 2.5 Hours and still waiting... The front desk keeps telling me Im next, but they keep skipping people. They call all the people they know first and everyone else is left waiting.... I know its not the front desk girls fault. She herself said. I dont know what is going on. I checked you in. You should be next, but I do not know what they are doing there. Definitely will not come back after todays visit. My wife and I both changed our doctor. Edit: Its been over 3 hours now. Multiple People came in and they all went in before be as well once again even after being told multiple times Im next.

Absolutely horrible in regards to being responsible to patients. Over 5 visits back over an hour and a half ;after visit to have them send over prescriptions. Ignoring the doorbell while the pharmacy closes in 10 minutes. This comes after botching blood testing for a health form forcing a retake of my emt course costing me 700 dollars and time. A invalid new patient new age charge [19+] despite visiting 2 years ago at age 23. This office was a last resort before all this happened, now theyve earned the title. I recommed dr lazzara if he takes your insurance.

The receptionists dont know what they are doing. They gave me a follow up appointment for three weeks, after three weeks i went there and they told me that my appointment is not on their system later they told me that my insurance is assigned to another doctor and that i need to make another appointment. They dont understand that they are dealing with my health. Im sure a lot of people are unhappy with this place but most of their patients are seniors so they dont come here and leave a review. You should try to avoid this place at all costs.
