I gave one star because I could not give a zero or negative rating. Dr. Kevin Custis should be reviewed by the NYS Dept. of Health for fraud concerning the way he conducts business. I have never met Dr. Custis and when we had Skype appointments, he missed one, told me he would be available for me and any health questions. Dr. Custis never answers his phone and if you catch someone by accident, you never receive a call back or any, and I mean zero type of concerned, compassionate care a doctor should be giving his patients. Dr. Custis should not be allowed to be involved in the NYS medical marijuana program. He has contributed the decline of my health, not improvement for which he had taken the oath. Dr. Custis, I am sickened by your inattentiveness to my debilitating disease but your eagerness to take money from the sick (me). What puts the icing on the cake is you just dont care. Dr., with my experience as a client because patient doesnt fit this situation, you should be in a different career because you have hurt my life and my health progression, but you have my money and that is all that matters apparently to you. You are fired as the Dr. that should never have been. You have received by now a registered letter informing you that you have been fired from your position for lack of performance and potentially blocking my health progression. I am also voicing my concerns to the NYS Dept. of Health.

What a sleazy guy and without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever been to!!!! A real low-life piece of garbage!!!! Do not give him your business!!!! This man is a deplorable person who steals from the ill and poor!!!! He should be put in jail!!!!
