The lady that draws the blood, she gets 5 stars- Customer Service F a big fat F!!! Incompetent idiots! I made the mistake to to have blood drawn for 2 requisitions from 2 doctors on the same day. They faxed the results from one doctor to the other Doctor not once but 3 times then the girl had the audacity to argue with me, really? Then it gets worse- I speak to the manager and her excuse was oh well they pulled from the doctor on top. Okay so theres 2 doctors so you dont look for the doctors name? Idiots!!! So I told her its okay I made the mistake having blood drawn for two doctors on the same day not realizing your staff cant handle it. Next time I will take one doctor at a time to help your staff do their job. They dont know what customer service is! Idiots!

Their web page always claims to be looking for a lab tech to hire. They let me come three times for nothing and I dont live near. Lab manager called me up for an interview and then forgot I was coming even though less than an hr had passed. Then after a long wait he just doodled( in a bored fashion talking to his pay role clerk) on a piece of paper claiming I had just missed the pathologist and would get a call the following day........think I did? When I called back the pathologist slammed up the phone on me. Never checked up on me and had no jobs...liars. Filthy dangerous neighborhood under train.

Horrible service! I received a bill from that lab for the procedure that I was unaware of. I sent a letter to them, trying to find out what the bill was for. In response, received a handwritten hysterical response written all over my letter in red ink. The person who wrote it didnt even knew how to respond to clients in a professional manner. She/he used abbreviations, multiple explanation marks and text message style language. I felt like I was being threatened by that person and it was my own fault that I didnt know about the bill. The lab has absolutely no respect to their clients.

Im kind of surprised by all these negative reviews. After having gone to Quest the last several times I had blood work (which was kind of awful), I went to Lenco this time and was impressed. Incredibly fast and professional. Had an 1pm appointment, and was done and out the door in 20 minutes. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

usually i am a huge baby when i have to get any sort of blood drawn (just ask my wife) but for the first time ever i didnt freak out and they were able to get what they needed the first time around at lenco. probably because all their technicians are really good at their job and know how to distract people from whats going on.

I visited the Forest Hills location. The gentleman greeted me and was very helpful. He had already recognized that I had not eaten and felt weak. You assured me about the process and quickly had me do it in a few minutes. That allowed me to go out and eat and recover. He was professional and excellent skills. Great visit.

This place is the worst..Ive never come across a bunch of unprofessional people in my life...I dont even know why this place in still in business, they should be shut down by the department of health!!! I wonder if the owner really knows what goes on at this place....

The worst billing service. I was sent to collection even though never got any bills or calls or emails. When I called them and asked why they cant say anything. So sad they people dont do their jobs and dont care about others.

Great people. I go at 8 am in The morning and I am done in under 10 minutes, If you dont have insurance, There prices are so affordable, and The lady who takes the Blood is a gem.,

Great diagnostics lab! They get busy pretty fast so it is best to get there kinda early unless you wanna wait a loong time. Plus side is they always get your results back super fast, regardless of how busy they are.
