Should be 0 stars. I called ahead to say Ill be coming in to pick up a prescription before leaving for a trip and will be cutting it close to 6pm (their closing time) and the lady on the phone said they close their doors at 5:30pm and leave at 6pm on the dot and to "just be here before 6". I rushed out of work and came at 5:50pm and these poor excuses for employees were just standing around the store while the rest were wrapping things up. One "employee" who was just standing at the counter playing on her phone finally acknowledged my knocking by waving me away and nodded her head no. Really? Ive never experienced anything like that in my life.

The optometrist is only available a few afternoons a week. After scheduling an appointment, I still had to wait 1.5hrs in the office, and he gave me the wrong contact prescription, so I had to go back a second time. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone, the office is overcrowded and the facilities are bare bone.

Their customer service leaves much to be desired even when I scheduled an appointment in person and afterwards when I called them to cancel it. Im glad I did cancel. Their people skills suck.
