Refused to bill my insurance cause I was in a car accident 5 years ago. They said its still showing up as primary, I explained theres an option to check off when billing the insurance that says not related to a car accident. They refused to bill the insurance and told me to go elsewhere. Is it cause Im white or because I have Medicare/Medicaid? Either way Im not welcome there!!!

I was told my insurance didnt pay for contact lense fitting ans so they charge me $80. I called my insurance and I find out I am cover. Now Cosmos Eye Care do not want to give me my money back. Horrible customer service.

Always get my contact lenses here , the lenses are a better quality than most places and they always get them to me 2-3 days after ordering.
