A 3pm appointment should start at 3pm NOT 4:15pm. On two separate occasions I waited over an hour to see the doctor. I would be more understanding if they were busy however there was only a handful of customers. On a positive note, the trial contacts they ordered me fit comfortably and I could see well.

Doctor was great. Service is terrible. Ordered contact lenses which came wrong and when I called nobody wants to take responsability for it. The suggestion was that I order again and, of course I pay for it, so now Im stuck with the wrong ones. Going somewhere else to order the right ones.
