This is the worst place ever... the Indian dentist is a pig and shes doesnt know her job well ... she guesses and tries to figure out what she has to do... sometimes I wonder how the hell she graduated shes such a no good dentist she messed up on one of my tooth..... after she drilled a hole into it and did a filling two days after the filling was hurting so I made an appointment and went back to her ,she took out the second filling and put in a new one and still I was having problems so then I went back to her for a third time and she told me i may need a root canal why the hell do I need a root canal for a healthy tooth that is not even decay or rotten... she messed up on my tooth and couldnt fix it ....I had to leave this bomb ass ghetto dentist and find myself a better dentist.... I will never recommend anyone to go here ....first of all the place is very small and inconvenient and its so ghetto and run down inside and the worst people of all works there

I went here one time and decided to never come back. The office is dirty and old and the staff is unwelcoming. When I was first came into the office the DDS and receptionist were bickering back and forth about something irrelevant. Then when I went in to see the dentist for her to check my teeth after my X-rays, she was examining my mouth while speaking to her assistant the whole time as if I wasnt there. My whole visit lasted 10 minutes and there was no teeth cleaning back because the staff didnt inform me that there is no hygienist the day the dentist works. A complete waste of my time and visit. On top of that when I called the office I was on hold for 25 minutes just for the receptionist to rudely answer the phone. Picked up my X rays and went to a friendlier, cleaner and more professional office located down Jericho turnpike.

Absolute worst place to get dental services. I am speaking to my lawyer about LITIGATION WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE COMMITTING MEDICAID FRAUD!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. All of the secretaries are undertrained and DO NOT HAVE ANY SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They still havent returned my money after stealing it from my insurance company!!! THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND DO NOT GIVE YOU CORPORATES NUMBER. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONES # WHO I THOUGHT WAS A SUPERVISOR, HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Just think, if I am one person who they committed Medicaid fraud with, think of how horrible their billing practices are and they never call you back when they say they will!!!

Awful experience. Waited an hour and a half to be called into the "room". Waited an additional half an hour. The dentist came in- did not apologize OR introduce herself. She told me that I would need new x rays done even though I brought my own in to avoid this, and then said she would make me numb while I waited. I swallowed all the anesthesia because she failed to actually inject it into my gum. I decided that I dont want to have someone who is rushing that much to fill a cavity, so I walked out. HORRIBLE.

Place is dirty, receptionists are oblivious. Wait time is 45min+ most of the time. The orthodontist is awesome and deserves better than being subjected to this place. When you get a reminder voicemail, it asks what language you want, then cuts out. Do not come here. Youre better off getting a homeless person with no medical background to fix your teeth than to come here, and probably more sanitary too. Pic below is needles on a dirty windowsill.

Great Staff, Friendly and very accommodating. My time in the waiting room wasnt long at all. I was very impressed with how all the staff that walked by greeted me from the moment I signed in, to the very second I walked out. The doctors themselves do great work and my daughters are so afraid of their trips to the dentist. It is overall a Great facility and I recommend it to anyone seeking for a new dentist office.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone is at this office. I was there with my kids on a busy day and they took some time to connect with my kids. I appreciated their effort. We were treated with dignity and while this is a busy place you feel like an important individual. The kids actually wanted to go back. Very different than when I was a child going to the dentist or doctor. Great thanks.

it was great when I went in for extractions last year. But awful when I went last month for a cleaning, told te dentist I have gum pain, may be an oral rinse would help. He went on and on about how I need $3500 worth of implant , but nothing is wrong with my gum or anything else. As I am in severe gum pain right now, I wanted to give them a negative review if possible.

Walked out!!!! They receptionist couldnt get my insurance information straight. I had to get on the phone myself with the agent. The office is beyond filthy!!! Should be shut down. As soon as I was called in to the "room" and saw how filthy it was I walked out. Wouldnt let a thing go near my mouth in the dirty unsanitary office!!!

Horrible, horrible experience and service. They treat you nice adn friendly at the beginning but once you are under contract for a service forget it.. they wont help you with invoices for insurance, wont call you back, you will wait in the office because doctor is not there...avoid if you can.

One of the most irritating customer service to exist. I had to call 3 times and all 3 times I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Note that this was hours apart. Plus, they schedule an appointment and dont call your name for another hour after you were supposed to be checked up.

Awful looking office, not clean very unprofessional vibe. they took X rays and the doctor didnt even have a computer to look at them!!! it was so old fashion he looked at them true the light, I didnt want to insult them and leave in the middle but Ill never go back there.

Would give a zero if I could. First off, they make you wait about an hour+ after your appointment time just to get called in. They have no regard for your appointment time clearly. Second, its dirty and unsanitary. Pick another dentist, for your sake.

Worst place to go.First of all they barely answer their phones.The staff is terrible except for that one doctor who did a surgery on me.They are rude, and they never return your calls.If you need something to get done with no hassle dont go there.

Worst dental experience Ive ever had. Staff was very unfriendly, did not explain procedures or how to follow up, and did not prescribe appropriate medication. There was nothing "American" about them. I would NEVER go there again!

Very bad attention. My wife was with pain in a tooth and came off worse from there. He went so badly that tube to spend the night in emergency ospital. Not spend your time at the clinic TRASH
