Dr. Carnazza has been my dentist since his office in Brooklyn, NY. I now live in Suffolk County and commute about an hour and a half to his East Rockaway office. I have had horrific experiences with past dentists and Carnazza is the best. He always takes time to explain dental issues (if any), offers all available treatment options, does his best to work with your health plan and/or financial situation, and most importantly (especially for me) VERY LITTLE/NO PAIN!!!! He always asks "How are you feeling?" and "Are you comfortable?" To me, Carnazza is well worth the commute.

I felt that the front desk staff was incompetent. They were nice enough but were unable to answer any questions accurately about insurance and billing. Either that or they are trained to lie to the patients about finances until after the services are completed and the patient is stuck paying far more out of pocket than what was originally discussed and verified. Moved on and happier for it.
