Ive been going here for the past few years, and I really like Dr. Adeeti Guptas practice. Though Ive only seen Dr. Gupta once (she was very sweet and professional), all the other doctors, nurse practitioners, and technicians are great, professional, and knowledgeable. I like that the staff is all women and most are on the younger side, so I feel comfortable talking to them about anything. Also, theyre very up to date with what young women need and are looking for. For example, I got my Paraguard IUD placed here. While IUDs are becoming more popular in the U.S., it is still not the norm. Here, they routinely do these procedures, the staff has told me they have IUDs, and my procedure was quick and easy. They have an online patient portal for quickly sending results of any tests done in the office, and will follow up with a phone call. All in all, a great office. The only drawback (and it is a big one) is the wait times. I assume this is because it is a walk-in office as well. They tell you that making an appointment will cut down the wait time, but it really doesnt. I have to make sure I have several hours on hand when coming here, because the wait time is usually at least an hour. Ive been here a few times a year for the past 2 years, so this is not a one time thing. Luckily I am self-employed and am able to reserve afternoons to go here, but if I had to fit coming in around a traditional 9-5 work schedule, it would be very annoying! Last time I was so frustrated I was considering changing doctors, but I really like everything else about the practice so Ill probably stay, but make sure to always have a book on hand and nothing else to do that afternoon.

I was a patient of Dr Sekar for many many years...I was very upset when she retired and very nervous and apprehensive to make an appt with Dr Gupta. The only reason I made an appt was because knowing Dr Sekar so well , I knew that Dr Gupta had to be very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate for her to be taking over the practice. 100 % RIGHT!!! I went for my appt. and Dr. Gupta was sooo great! I was comfortable, my privacy respected as qell as my time, and the problem I was there for solved quickly. I followed up with the Pa and I must say being in the medical field myself, very impressed and happy that I have them. The staff is polite and intelligent as well as efficient and caring, Dr Gupta is an incredible health care provider and the PA is very educated and helpful. I would give them more stars but theres only 5. I moved two states away, but I will continue with Dr Gupta.. she is worth my trip!!! Dont hesitate to make an appt. You will be happy you did!!!

I love Dr. Gupta! My husband was in the Navy 8 years ago. I was looking for an OBGYN in my last trimester. I was so happy when she agreed to take me. Ive had 4 babies and she was BY FAR the best OBGYN that Ive had. She was genuinely interested in my family and I. She patiently listened to me and all of my birthing wishes. She treated me like a friend. We moved out of state a year later and I continued driving back to NY whenever I needed an OBGYN. I would refer anyone who needs a caring doctor to visit Dr. Gupta. You wont regret it!

The staff is always professional, efficient and kind. You are ACTUALLY seen at your appointment time (as long as youre on time I presume)--no long waits! Excellent comprehensive care, and excellent bed-side manner. I feel very comfortable considering how GYNs can be very uncomfortable for women, I feel understood and respected in this establishment. Oh, and good parking! They could use a make-over, 70s style wallpaper and furniture is off putting at first, but then hilarious.

Great place for Women to get the Services they need. The staff is Professional, the office is clean and Doctors do everything to make you feel comfortable. My 1st visit with Dr. Kristen was AMazing. She was 100% concerned about my well being and it meant so much to me. I met Dr.Gupta on my second visit and she showed me the same respect and caring as I received on my 1st visit. Its rare to not feel like you have a cattle number tagged in your ear when you go to a doctor so this doctor office is exceptional. I was disappointed she didnt want to deliver my baby and I had to find another ob, who did a great job but that office experience was a nightmare. After I had my baby I went running back to this office. They are up to date and knowledgeable. Not just Dr Gupta but the other doctors there as well.

DR Gupta is a caring professional. Her staff is friendly and helpful . Great with appointment reminders via email and texts so you dont miss an appointment. Most of all you can have frank honest talks with Dr Gupta in addition to her NP that works with her. Office is in a weird location yet its clean and has lots of reading material while you wait. The wait isnt long at all. One of the best offices Ive visited.

The first time I went to see Dr.Adeeti Gupta was June .2016 and I had a great experience. The waiting area and bathroom were very clean. My waiting time was about 5-10 minutes . I had a lot of questions and concerns for my doctor and she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions . The staff made me feel like my time was important to them. The worst service ever! Waiting forever to be called, then waiting in the room on the bed to be consulted. Guess what? Dr Gupta was not there.. Everywhere you look, you see a notification If you are late for your appointment, youll be rescheduled and pay a fee of $30 for no show.. What about paying me back, dr, for not being there to consult me?!..

I have been to her office only once but I loved the service. The nurses are patient and lovely, very clean and organized office. Loved the environment as well. Unfortunately Dr. Guptas office was by far from home and so I had to change my file to a closer location. By far, Dr. Guptas office has been the best one I have been to. Thank You.

Dr. Gupta and her assistant are very caring and very professional. They make you feel very comfortable . I was going crazy and feeling very sick with menopausal symptoms after having a hysterectomy and she was able to help me . I am feeling like myself thanks to her. I highly recommend her to anyone.
