Trying to contact ANYONE in this place is a disaster. Making appointments over the phone a complete mess. You will never be able to reach anyone for questions. You make an appointment and come on time but will still wait an hour, but if you come 15 min late, they will try to turn you around and reschedule which again is a mess. I like the doctors but the service outside of treatment is the worst. You call the phone service takes FOREVER to answer, but when they do, the girls put you on hold just to see if there are time slots available, but then eventually never come back and just hang up on you. Im frustrated on some level everytime I come here. Time to find another doctor unfortunately. Smh

My first appointment and they gave me a long list of papers to fill out as if Im taking out a mortgage, they ask for social security#, income, proof of address and ID. I dont mind ID and usual stuff but am I seeing the doctor or applying for a loan. Then the staff are rude and I just cancelled my appointment I will never recommend anyone going there. Worst doctors office ever.
