Honestly wouldnt even give them a star just had to so I can write. I thought they were awesome at first I looked really hard into vets when I got my pooch hes my baby an wanted the best. Well hes been sick an Ive been trying for 3 days to make an appointment yesterday alone I called 14 times! Still nothing today he was worse so I called first thing in the morning they finally answer then tell me to call back at 9 so I did but again no answer I called 4 more times after that then finally gave up an took him to a different vet an when I called another vet they had me bring him in immediately. The fact of the matter is they dont know how serious it is so for them to not answer when you call over 20 times in 3 days is absolutely ridiculous!!!

My mother took our sick Shih Tzu Mitzi to Falconer Veterinary Clinic and their "care" for Mitzi basically consisted of force feeding and medicating with no follow up or communication about her condition whatsoever. Even as Mitzis condition worsened, not once did Dr. Mary Fales attempt to contact or communicate with my mom despite repeated attempts by my mom (emails, messages, voicemails) to speak with her about the condition of Mitzi. Needless to say, this type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. My mother did take Mitzi to a different vet but it was unfortunately too late to save her, we cant help but feel the neglect by Dr. Mary Fales and her staff cost Mitzi her life, she was only 5.

I took my dying animal to this woman who never returned my calls for two full days and then with a sharp message on the phone I am told that when she came in hrs before my dog was dead.. I asked her if they handled cremation and was assured that for 300.00 she would come in a nice metal container. I got my dog back in a plastic ziplock baggy inside of an old candy tin, so if you dont care about your animals go ahead, take them there... this would not let me give no stars but I want this made public so I have to enter a star... they do not deserve a star

We heard about this vet from a rabbit rescue group. All of our local vets wanted $500 to neuter a rabbit we rescued. This vet clinic works with rescues and offered a $90 rate. We were treated well, rabbit is home resting and seems fine. They were a little hard to get a hold of on the phone but got us an appointment quickly and our rabbit was home the same day. They even offered a free nail trim. We would recommend them to anyone looking for low cost spay /neuter.

Staff is rude (overwhelmed I believe), minimal space, over-priced compared to other local vets, never answer the phone, maybe you might get a call back (days later), but Dr.Fales is very good with all animals. This is so sad. My parents as I was growing up, use to take all our animals there, and now I cant even look at the place! I would never take a dying pet there either. This deserves no stars, but rating it as 1 because I have to.

I agree that the staff is rude. The doctor was nice buy didnt talk to my puppy or touch him. When she gave him his shots, she pulled the last one out quickly as if something went wrong but said nothing. Pricing is high. I was charged more granulated on phone. I guess I expected the doctor and staff to be friendly towards my pup. They dont even smile.

Even though they dont really see guinea pigs, I really appreciate that they were able to see my guinea pig after calling a different vet and they couldnt get him in, until next week later in the week. He really needed veterinary attention and couldnt wait longer as he would have gotten worse. Thank you again for being able to help my guinea pig! :)

They were awesome best vets ever treats my cats like queens nice vets deserve 5 stars.Gives them shots so carful.They are the best vets I ever met.And they commented that they were cute. And are babys.So they are so pet friendly and kind.And every time I go there they smile at my pets all the time.

I have been to the clinic a few times, the staff are friendly, kind and CARING. the prices are among the lowest in the area. I would send anyone to this clinic. I would go to no other, they are the best. Sure the waiting time is long, thats because they are taking care of the pets with care.

The staff is amazing. They really care for the animals. They are moderately priced so if your furbaby is sick you dont have to skip paying some bills to pay for a vet visit.
