If I could give them cero stars Ill do it! They only want your money. I told them I need a health certificate for my dog because we are traveling out US (to Colombia) the veterinarian just said: thats so nice I want to go to Colombia too, your dog is so lucky bla bla bla, they charged me $70 for that paper even knowing that none of the veterinarians there are USDA accredited, if you are traveling out the country you need a health certificate for your pet signed by an USDA accredited veterinarian. They didnt care about that and just printed out the paper and charged the money. Now I have to find a veterinarian with the acreditation in order to take my dog with me to another country. They didnt give me a refund!

Ive been going to Dr. Mucera/ Bensen for a year now, for my year old shiba inu named jack. They are always wonderful with him, always take the best care of him and make him feel comfortable. Above all, the doctors really help to talk to you and understand what is wrong and give advice on care and treatment really thoroughly. They are both really wonderful and great personal and professional Vets- the best ive seen. I live in whitestone, and i go out of my way to see these Vets, even know there is a vet down the street from me. I cant rave enough about how wonderful they are!

Never have really had a problem. Always kind to my 2 dogs from the get go Trusted them enough to Let them keep my pet for a couple of days when I went away knew he was in good hands walked him. At least twice daily, fed & no problem Dr benson & dr Mucera have both taken great care of 2 of my dogs. I even let one of my dogs stay there when I had to go away suddenly. He was in good hands. Walked twice daily, fed, With no concern on my part

I have been the Pet Doctors client for over 20 years, with cats and dog pets. Deanna, the receptionist, is terrific. She loves dogs and treats my dog wonderfully. I have never had any problems with Dr. Benson. He has always understood me, and my pets, and has taken good care of them for years. Having such a long term relationship with that office, makes me comfortable going there.

Dr. John and His team are by far the best!!! The ladies in front are so nice and patient. I am a first time Dog Mom and I couldnt be happier with how detailed and helpful everyone at Pet Doctor is. Dont waste anymore time with the vets that take advantage of you! I have heard all the stories. When I walk in they take care of us like we are family! A BIG THANK YOU!

I can not agree with Advise, not to go there! I have been going to Dr Benson for 20 yrs. Ive had two dogs he took very good care of them & very sincere. Worked with me to help get my dobe walking. Ive recommended him to my friends and they are all happy with him.

As soon as you enter this place, it looks extremely shaddy. They dont care about the animals, only money. I believe that the first two reviews were written by the employees. If you love your pets, please dont bring them here for convenience.
