The actual doctor and young lady working there are so sweet. However, the big guy who waits on people was so beyond rude to me. First, he was have a personal conversation with a friend and ignored me (an actual customer). When he finally realized I was waiting for him, he said "You need something?" Yes, thats why Im standing here. I broke the arm off of my frames that I had purchased there and I tried to show him the frames. Without barely looking at them, he said "Cant help you. Where did you even get those?" I tried to explain that I bought the frames there, but he started to walk away. I tried to ask him another question about the frames and he continued to tell me that they dont even sell my types of frames anymore and that I was out of luck. The sweet young lady could tell I was getting upset and tried to explain what they could do for me. But, by that point I was so turned off from the place I just thanked her and walked out. The two stars are for the doctor and sweet young lady, otherwise I would have giving them a zero.

The worst custom service, there is a guy who talks to you like you are nothing, and doesnt even cares about you. Very disappointed.
