My experience here was awful. Yesterday February 26,2016 I was having bad cramping because I am pregnant, and I called the place if I could come in because I needed a check up. So the girl said I could come in at 1:20pm mean while I called at 12:45pm , when I got there the front desk girl was irritate because it was so busy, so at first I was being patient with her. And then I was like excuse me I just called in and its an emergency I have really bad cramps. This girl didnt even care and she said well theres no one At this moment that can see you, I was like I dont care all of you are getting payed , and I need to see somebody. So then shes like okay have a seat I will go talk to someone. Remind you this was my second time going there as a new patient, you will expect its a nice place with nice people in it. Wrong! The girls there are so unprofessional they seem very immature college girls who dont value their jobs and think they have the right to be nasty with the patients. So anyways the front desk girl came back and told me that she will call masapeqqua if they have some time available for me. So I was like great hopefully there I will find some doctors and nurses who are way professional than here. Then I asked her if they took fullcoverage insurance? Because I have Tricare I am a military wife and my insurance has to coverage all the medical stuff and I know that the first time I went to the GYN I was seeing Maria Culotta who takes tricare tell me how I saw another GYN who is a an assistant and now I have to pay 472$ because they change doctors all the time , that office its so unprofessional even the front desk girl said "its a little confusing" please give me a break and grow up. So the front desk girl sent me to massapequa when I got there the front desk girls are completely different they were so nice and asked me why they sent me here from all the way from garden city I said I am pregnant! And they didnt wanted to take me in the other office because they are unprofessional. The front desk girls said yes they are. We have been having trouble with that office a lot. Anyways massapequa so far was a great office , I felt very comfortable they took care of me like Doctors are supposed too take care of patients! The nurses are loving, caring and smiling. If you have serious trouble with the GYN garden city feel free to call the department of their company and express your experience to them, they will provide you with a better GYN , you dont have to go through this humiliation!

i am Pregnant and I went today for several tests and Doctor Maria Culotta was very rude , My Appointment was at 12;15 pm and they made me stayed waiting on the waiting room 1 hour and then when finally called me, the girl at the front desk told me she was checking first if my insurance was fine before let me in, Ridiculous. Cause This is not The first Time I go there cause i have been going there for about 2 years already even way before got pregnant. they always very unprofessional but the doctor was nice and this time is different, I am So done with this place and This Dr Culotta, Anyway i got inside the place, the nurse came to asked me some general questions, and they told me to get naked cause the doctor will come soon to check my breast for a test and also they will send me to do an ultrasound, i took my clothes off and the doctor and her staffs made me wait inside that room 1 hour and 30 minutes, so i went Crazy and i left with the bathrobe outside where my husband was int the waiting room cause i was going crazy stuck in that mini room, and when i came back the girls were all on the phone and talking with each other, and every time they were seeing me sending me to keep waiting inside that room, so i told them i was very irritated being lock there , and that the service was awful, so the Dr. Came and told me Next Time Make Sure to Find me Another Doctor and another place, which I answered Yes I Will, so She never did the Breast test on me, and left me there again, the other girl came after 10 minutes to do the ultrasound and she was new and I have almost 7 months pregnant and she couldnt see my baby only gave me pics of my baby head and one hand, terrible services, she told me that was everything, so she send me to go back to the small room to wait for the Dr. Culotta and after 20 minutes i got tired and I walked away from that place, DONE DONE DONE With These Mean Peoples

I am very upset with the customer service that I received today I went there for an emergency I got there 30 mins early I waited an hour and 30 minutes finally after being called into the room I was told to go into a bathroom to do a urine sample the bathroom was completely filthy tissue paper everything all over the place I was so uncomfortable with even walking in there so I went ahead and did my urine sample and then came out the doctor storm passed me other employees storm passed me no one stopped and asked me do I need help because the lady that called me and she even not tell me which room to go into so Im standing there for 10 minutes the doctor comes running flipping out screaming the bathroom is dirty I cant get my patient in the bathroom because the bathroom is filthy this is ridiculous she went ahead and grab gloves and while she was picking up the paper towel on the floor she was yelling saying see how easy that was to clean up the mess in this bathroom 1,2 .she was basically assuming I was the one who made the mess in the bathroom.she so was basically saying I should clean the bathroom even though I see it messy Im not a janitor nor getting paid to clean any bathroom I was so discussed with this dr I immediately walked up to the receptionist and told her I want a refund of my copayment and as I was signing the paper the medical assistant came up to me asking me if Im ready I looked at her grab the door handle and as I was proceeding to leave the young lady the medical assistant called back saying are you leaving I said yes and quickly ran out Im furious I wanted so long the dr was screaming in front of client she has no professionalism and I am trying to find her boss to write a formal complaint I would never go there again I went to a clinic one emergency walk in and I waited less and the PA was much better and professional than her

I first came to this office 2015. I waited 1hr to see Dr. Cullota. She was very nice and apologetic abt it. After a few months, I got a bill for unpaid copayment which I paid. I called the billing office and was transferred to 3 different office/people where I had to repeat my explanation 3 times. In the end, it was not resolved and I was threatened that my bill would be sent to a collection agency. Anyway, I did not get anymore bills. I didnt see the doctor last year because of this bad experience. I received calls from the office many times and received reminder cards for my yearly annual. So finally, I got a call again early this year 2016. Thinking of new beginnings, I gave them another chance. My scheduled appt was 9:30AM, the office was packed when I came so I was ready to wait. By 10:45, I asked the receptionist how much longer. I found out my appt was not made for Dr. Cullota but a PA will see me instead. I got upset bec. the office called me for this appt with Dr. Cullota, and after waiting this long it is not even her I was waiting for to see. The receptionist said she would ask the nurse if MD could still see me. But I realized, I would be waiting again for God-only-knows how much longer again. About 1 1/2 hour of waiting, I cancelled my appt and told the receptionist not to call me again. This ONE STAR is for the 2 nice and apologetic receptionists who are unfortunately getting the burnt of pts dissatisfied service. I feel sorry for them to be working in this institution. Im NOT coming back to this place nor will I recommend this place to anyone!!! I lost half of my day off waiting for nothing.
