I have been receiving treatments for chronic daily headaches and neck pain since May 2012. I cannot say enough about how how fabulous the doctors and staff are at Balance Chiropractic and Wellness. When I first began my treatments I had been suffering from daily headaches for about 6 months, and was in really bad shape physically and emotionally. The moment I walked in and met Karen, the receptionist, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The doctors, Dr. Genin and Dr. Beberman were also unbelievably warm, welcoming, and reassuring. The doctors made me feel like my situation was not hopeless and that, in time, with continued treatments, patience and overall care of myself I would begin to see improvement. I am a "good patient" and was consistent with my treatments and made sure to do any exercises and stretches that either Dr. Genin or Dr. Beberman recommended and within a few months I was beginning to feel a decrease in the frequency and intensity of my headaches. Currently, I feel like I am on the road to full recovery as I am experiencing a few low grade headaches a month...which is an enormous change from when I first started treatment! Dr. Genin and Dr. Beberman are fantastic doctors, they truly care about their patients well-being and health. I never feel like I am being rushed when I am there and I feel comfortable asking questions about my progress and health. I know that I am going to get a genuine and well-thought out answer because it is apparent they are very knowledgable in their field. I highly recommend Balance Chiropractic and Wellness!

I could not ask for a better experience. I found out about Balance Chiropractic during wellness week at work. Dr. Beberman was there explaining the benefits of what he does and after speaking with him I knew that this would be the right avenue for me. I was in an accident at the beginning of summer and had been going physical therapy three times a week with barley any progress. After one session with Dr. Beberman I felt pretty much completely healed. I was no longer in pain all day everyday. From the first appointment you can tell that he is really invested in understanding you and helping you progress. He explains everything so that you understand what is going on and how the body works. Karen who works at the front desk is also amazing and one of the reasons I would choose going there over anywhere else. She is so sweet every time she calls to confirm appointments and even texts to remind me when I am unable to pick up a call. One morning on my way to my appointment I got a call from her because she knew there was going to be a lot of traffic and gave me the heads up and recommended which would be the best way to go. She is always smiling when I go in the office and it makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Without a doubt the best office and would never even consider going elsewhere.

Words cannot begin to do justice to the outstanding experiences I’ve had at Balance Chiropractic and Wellness. I’ve been a patient for over a year and Dr. Paul Beberman has made a considerable improvement in relieving me of the neck and back pain and discomfort I’ve experienced for years; but even more significant to me, was the improvement in my daughter’s life after Dr. Paul treated her ongoing knee pain. Even after seeing three different orthopedists, and months of physical therapy, she was still complaining about ongoing severe knee pain. Dr. Paul is the first medical practitioner my daughter has seen who was able to address and resolve her discomfort with her knee. Recently, Dr. Paul treated the third family member, my Mom. My mother had severe back pain, had been seeing several physical therapists, but had not seen any improvement. When my mother came to visit from Virginia, the usually vibrant fit lady was in a wheel chair at the airport. She couldn’t walk from the plane to the baggage area. When my mom left, Dr. Paul had put her back into alignment, provided her with new orthotics and she was back to her usual fit self. Thank you Dr. Paul and Balance Chiropractic and Wellness! You’ve improved the quality of life for three generations of our family!

Back in April for a whole week I could not move my head either way. My neck was so bad. It was so difficult to drive, do my job and take care of my family. I was miserable and I could not get comfortable for days. My co-worker recommended that I get an appointment with his Chiropractor right by our office. I do not like the sound of joints popping, but I was also in terrible pain so I went to Dr. Beberman and it was unbelievable!! The relief I felt in just 1 session was astounding. After 3 visits my neck was 100% and I felt great! With 2 kids 2 years and under my back takes a lot of abuse and just last week I pulled my lower back while leaning over the crib. Again it hurt all weekend and thought it would loosen up on its own, but by Wednesday it was worse. So I went to Dr Beberman and the same thing...complete relief in 1 visit. He is amazing at pinpointing the pain and alleviating it. I would recommend Dr Beberman to anyone suffering from neck or back pain. He really is a great Chiropractor!

Ive been receiving treatment for a car accident for about 3 months now at Balance and it has been a really wonderful experience. From the moment that you walk in the door, the office manager, Karen, puts you at ease with her sweet and professional disposition. Dr. Paul and Dr. Deborah are really patient and took time out to explain my treatment plan and give me exercises to do at home. One thing that i love about this place is that you are treated in a clean, private and serene environment instead of out in the open like some other PT facilities. Besides being really great at manual adjustments, they are equipped with many other wellness tools and technologies that Im looking forward to trying! I usually come on my lunchbreak and they are always on time and theres never a long wait. Im looking forward to continuing my treatment here!

This is the best Chiropractic Wellness Office on Long Island! My 12 year old son has autism and right from the first visit Dr.Debbie and Dr. Paul were able to work with him, engage him and challenge him. It was unlike any other Chiropractic office we had been to, they do coordination and balance exercises with him, they gave me a whole list of brain exercises and games to play with him, they really care! He loves going to the office, he loves his adjustments and he loves Dr. Debbie and Dr. Paul! My other son, a freshman in High School pulled a muscle in his back playing football and Dr. Paul was able to get him back on the playing field in record time. Its not often you come across a REALLY great Chiropractor, but 2 in one office, who are married to each other and work together for your benefit - priceless! We love Balance Chiropractic!

I went to Balance Chiropractic for lower back pain, which I have suffered from most of my life, but lately it was just unbearable. After the first visit, the relief was incredible! I actually went home and bent over, because it had been so long since I could do that without pain! I then started the K Laser treatments and after only two visits, I was able to do some gardening, which I love to do, but had to stop because it just hurt to much. I cant thank Dr. Paul enough for what hes done for me so far. Im looking forward to getting back to the gym and doing Zumba and everything I was able to do before! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, making you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the front door. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. I highly recommend Balance Chiropractic and Wellness!!!
