Ive been going to you for 14 years. Only recently did you bring on a new NP and I went to her for the first time. She coded my bloodwork with the wrong information and I was billed incorrectly. I called several times to get this fixed and it was a disaster! Finally I faxed over my bill and both billing and the Np said they had in fact coded it incorrectly and would get it fixed with insurance. 6 months later (almost 9 months ago now) and I just received the same bill from the bloodwork. Nothing was fixed!!!! And now my credit is being affected because your staff cant get their act together.

I like both Dr. Nussbaum and his staff. He is an excellent doctor and his staff supports him exquisitely. His office hours are a little different than you might normally expect, but they can work well for you if you know about them in advance. He is a humble man, who listens intently and is probably way over-qualified for the job he does - so he does it exceptionally well. I highly recommend him and his office.

I highly recommend the office of Dr.Nussbaum as one of the best Doctors offices I have ever been to. The service is excellent, they listen to you, the are through,and they still care. That is a rare and wonderful trait when you find it. Thank you for always being there for me and my family.
