I understand why people post the good reviews. Heres my experience. I took time off work to make my appointment it was tight but i made it. It was my first time there so as usual i had to do the paperwork. I notice that the front desk was not to professional. There was one form that i had a question about. Keep in mind that I was having a really bad headache. The answer she gave me was just sign it dont worry. Thats not good so im sitting there for awhile for the same girl to tell me that the doctor i had made the appointment with wasnt there so i jave to see someone else. So not professional like my time and me as a patient dont matter

Dr. Belotte and her staff, especially Luisa are just wonderful. They are such a family-like office. Dr. Belotte is exceptionally skilled, has spectacular "bed side" manners, works VERY hard to make the patient feel they received the BEST medical advice possible. As a cancer survivor I needed to feel confident I was going to receive Grade A+ service and with Dr. MARIE BELOTTE I received it! I unequivocally recommend without a single reservation this intensely skilled, diligent and thorough doctor for EVERYONE!

I wish my one and only favorite family doctor would return to the Bronx. Since she left Ive changed doctors and even stopped going for 3 years bcus they were no good. She treated everyone in my family and we all loved her care. She was very supportive during my pregnancy and she didnt have to be. I can not express enough how much the Bronx misses her especially me :( I have a diff insurance now and i see she accepts it however its too far to go for regular appointments but the Bronx misses you Doc :(

The internet said they open on a Saturday from 9am-2pm.I showed up at 9am and the sign on the door states hours are from 10am-2pm so Ive decided to wait.10:31am and Im still sitting outside in my car waiting for the office to open smh.
