Although hours of operation state that closing time is at 8pm on their site and on google, if you arrive a few minutes after 7:30 you will not be seen and the doors will be locked. Deceiving!! I arrived at 7:33 and was turned away! My skin was in terrible pain and I quickly called to tell them my situation. I knew what was my issue and what I needed. Didnt care, told me that they still need to register me, and all sorts of other things. Just make sure you get there the latest before 7:30 or call to confirm. Dont follow their hours of operation on their site or on google.

** I BELIEVE THEY CLOSED DOWN OR WILL BE CLOSING DOWN SOON ** The staff and the doctor were pleasant. I was seen fairly quickly, and the examination (for a deep cough / sore throat / fatigue) was complete. The doctor was smart enough to recommend NOT to take antibiotic right away, and to give it a few days, since I had no fever. She explained that it was likely a viral infection. The entire experience was encouraging: clean office, little wait, good medical service, good hours of service.

Someone wanted to go home. Got there at 730p and the doors were locked. I called and said how I thought their hours were til 8p. The lady said "Oh but we closed". People are sick and need your services. You let us down. I understand its not a 24 hour operation but dont lock the door a half an hour before closing time. That is half an hour that someone sick could have used you.
