Staff members are very nice and professional. They only way I found out about CityMD was online browsing due to my primary doctor only having an open appointment a month later. CityMD is straight walk in no appointment and worth it. My story: I was suffering from a reaction which Ive never experienced before which caused my face and lips to swell and small bumps and pimples to appear all over. I began to freak out at home and was scratching my lips and face tryna pop them. Well, especially the ones on my lips and it caused marks and severe swelling. I washed out my face and body multiple times and the bumps started to go away slowly but surely. The bumps on my lips didnt disappear, instead, it caused dark marks and swelling. I quickly made a doctors appointment with MY doctor but had to wait a month for the appointment. I had to go to work like this and I was stared at and was talked about behind my back. I felt terrible and imbarassed with every day that I went to work. To make a long story short, I was going through hell... What was wrong with me? Was I sick? Did I have a disease? Did I have an STD!? So I found out about CityMD and called and walked in and signed all paperwork and insurance information and got fully tested...And I mean fully! Days later I called and all tests was negative; HIV, STDs, hep a and b, and everything else. So I had a mild case of a hepatitis skin reaction. I got a clean bill of health and I can stop stressing...Thank you God and thank you CityMD!

The front office staff appeared bored and aloof. The lack of interpersonal skills is horrendous . No eye contact, flat affect, no anticipation of patients/customer need for help. I was matter-of-fact given a choice of paper or kiosk self-checkin with no direction or offer of assistance. These individuals are better suited to pumping gas. Lucky for me I know how to navigate technology. I ended up helping the elderly gentleman next to me who was unable to find the scanner for self-checkin ID. Next stop exam room. Some assistant came into the exam room to take my BP and finger oxygen level. Didnt introduce himself or tell me his purpose. It was the scribe, Sandy and Dr. Vecchia who introduced themselves, gave face to face contact with expression and actually demonstrated concern or interest in why I came into CityMD. This is my third visit at CityMD and the experience has been constant. . The front office staff that come and go are sorely lacking in common courtesy and medical para-professional training. This is an emergency care clinic. Although CityMD is convenient to my home, my care experience is more important. I will return to First Med on Northern Blvd where the staff have routinely been professional and empathetic.

The staff are super sweet an professiinal they helped me to my car. I went there just a few days ago because sweeling and pain in my foot. I was charged 50 instead of 30 because they said its speciality. An Xray was done doc said she didnt see a fracture but no sooner than I get home i recieved a call to come back doc says the radiologist took a second look at the xray a sees a a small fracture uhm... Hello I can barley walk and Im in pain what am I coming back for in my opinion they messed up and didnt look at the xray properly didnt give pain meds sent me home and trying to cYA

I came in for a PPD skin test and ended up getting charged $100 for the service. Seriously? They tell me theres $50 co-pay and charged me another $50 for coming back to have the result read. Its the same service, you morons! Do yourselves a favor, dont come here. Scam and scumbags!

Went in told doctor i have a sore throat and cant eat. He took 5 sec looked at me and said he doesnt have a magic potion take claritin...wth did i just hear? Avoid this place at all cost...
