I first met Dr. Rubenstein several years ago in hopes of finding an alternative means of treating chronic digestive issues. Previous to that meeting, I had been told by 2 gastroenterologists that there was nothing they are I could do resolve the issues and I was stuck with discomfort for the rest of my life. They could give me medication to help manage my symptoms. Dr. Rubenstein didn’t just help manage my symptoms. He helped me get rid of the problem. I am happy to say that I have not had a recurrence of those issues ever since. Dr. Rubenstein’s expertise in chiropractic, applied kinesiology, and nutrition enabled me to heal myself and stay healthy. He is not your regular average “Rack ‘em Crack ‘em” chiropractor. He takes everything into account, looking at the body as a whole and not just a bunch of test results and labels. That is my personal experience. In my professional experience as a licensed massage therapist for 12 years, I see many people with chronic pain issues ranging from repetitive stress injuries, herniated discs, chronic illness, etc… I confidently refer my clientele, friends and family to Dr. Rubenstein when they ask for other alternative therapies that can help their issues. I have not found another chiropractor who has such a gentle, holistic approach to treating the whole body. Dr. Rubenstein is extremely knowledgeable and has treated me for multiple issues including muscular/ nerve pain and TMJ Disorder. My TMJ pain is pretty much non-existent now! Conventional doctors had lead me to believe that there was no cure for this condition, but Dr. Rubenstein treated it with adjustments and without anti-inflammatory medication/ drugs -- which is pretty amazing if you think about it! Every adjustment has always provided relief from any pain, stiffness or injury that I have visited him for. He is also very skilled in providing treatments for digestive and sleep issues. Did I mention that he is very nice, caring, and extremely professional. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Rubenstein!

I highly recommend Dr. Craig Rubenstein as a chiropractor and applied kinesiologist. I have been a patient of his for four years. While I have visited several other chiropractors/applied kinesiologists, I am most comfortable with Dr. Rubenstein because of his careful approach and the amazing results I have experienced. I am a dancer and circus arts performer, so I regularly push my body to its limits. I am grateful to Dr. Rubenstein for resolving a whole range of muscle, joint and nerve pain issues including problems with my shoulders, neck, lower back, hamstrings, knees and calves. He has also helped me resolve sleep difficulties and cope with my allergies. Ive known Dr Rubenstein for over 20 years. Ive visited him in Staten Island when he was just starting out. He uses applied kinesiology and accupressure, which treats the whole body and not just back and neck cracking and it has been very beneficial to me. He has helped me with a wide range of ailments. I especially seek him out when I have any sports injuries, as this applied kinesiology and accupressure significantly reduces my recovery time. Ive recommended friends to him for these types of situations and they have recovered after only a couple of visits. I first met Dr. Rubenstein when he treated my mother for low back pain and sciatica. At the time I was only visiting, but when I experienced a problem with my neck he treated me as well. Since then I have moved to Medford, and I am a regular patient. Dr. Rubenstein is a very caring person, as well as a dedicated and highly skilled chiropractor. He takes the time to check my entire spine at each visit and correct all my subluxations. He keeps me going, and I really dont know what I would do without him!

Dr Rubenstein recently treated me for a foot condition as an alternative to cortisone shots or surgery. It was one week ago and I feel considerably better. Dr. Rubenstein takes the time to listen to the patients compliant, ask questions and treats the whole body as well as the problem area. I could not be happier with his treatments and recommend him to anyone looking for alternatives.

I am a big fan of Dr. Rubenstein. Having known him for over 20 years, I trust my whole body and its well being to him. Neck, back, hip, knee pain. No problem. Common cold, stomach distress, headaches? He covers it all with expertise and compassion. I dont know what I would do with out him.
