Horrible experience, my mom was left without aides for 2 days. They sent an aide at 4:30 pm to help her shower. I had many incompetent aides. They claim they had no one else to send because of my dad. My dad is 90 years old, they were not there for him. Aides should be taught how to handle a person with dementia. The aides were told to ignore him and not talk to him. The few good aides we had were fine with him, they knew how to handle him.
