I would like to commend all the staff at Sarah Neuman Center, especially Catherine Pelle, Adelaide, Daunette, Kathleen K., and Dr. Wang, for the professional and compassionate care they have given my mother since January, 2016. With each new problem that has arisen, Ms. Pelle and the team have been patient, sympathetic, and resourceful in reporting and attempting to solve the issue. I am thankful to be working with such devoted and knowledgeable staff.

For what the government is paying for on a daily/monthly basis the service is very poor. I have witnessed and reported an aide striking a patient. My mothers personal items have been stolen at night. Most recently on my Mothers floor, a big screen television broke and has not been replaced in more then two weeks. If my family was not paying for a private aide, I think my mother would have died soon after arriving at the home.
