I just started going to Gentle Dental in May and I must say I am happy I went there. I am 65 years old and I have never liked going to the dentist because of the bad experiences I had since I was a child. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Gentle Dental even as I entered the waiting room and was welcomed in by Gail and Hans. After meeting Donna the Hygienist and Doctor Ly I knew I was in the right place. They all treat you with tender loving care and make you feel like family. The assistances are also wonderful and my fears and anxiety of going to the dentist now are at peace. Doc Ly is so kind and gentle and all the staff as well That I just want to say THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

I like to believe that good people exist in the world, and the staff at Gentle Dental has proved me right! I had so many problems with my teeth, and I couldnt find any place to help because my insurance basically wasnt good enough. The people at Gentle Dental actually care about helping you to look and feel your best, regardless of your income. They helped me when no one else would. I am also TERRIFIED of going to the dentist, I was so scared...I never felt a thing!!The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable and relaxed. I recommend this place to everyone. I have moved out of state and I so wish that I could keep going there for my dental needs.

Big shout out to Gentle Dental! I just spent a considerable amount of time with Dr Jennifer Englebright. She performed a difficult extraction and added a post and built me a temporary bridge in four hours. Never rushed and was completely compassionate and concerned about any discomfort I may have experienced. Which wasnt much once I was well novacated! I want to give credit to where its due! The staff is wonderful and even made me some coffee to go ahead of time so it was cool and ready for me when I said I had nothing in the am because it was an early appt. Cant thank them enough :)

My experience with the staff of Gentle Dental has been over the course of almost ten years now. No matter what time of day my appointments are everyone in the office has always been very pleasant, caring and helpful. The expertise of Dr. Willliams and his top assistants as well as his dental hygienests goes beyond comparison to anyone I have ever known before .Every procedure was accomplished with great precision and the results were always excellent which has made me very happy! I am deeply grateful for all their kindness.

I WAS ALWAYS A COWARD AND AVOIDED GOING TO THE DENTIST BECAUSE OF BAD PAST EXPERIENCES. WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING TO GENTLE DENTAL I WAS PETRIFIED AND WOULD SIT IN THE EXAM CHAIR AND HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE AND MY EYES WERE BUGGED OUT IN FEAR AND ANTICIPATION OF PAIN AND I HAVE A LOW TOLERANCE TO PAIN. THE DENTISTS AND THE HYGIENISTS ARE VERY CARING AND ARE CAREFUL AND GENTLE IN ALL THEY DO. I HAVE HAD FILLINGS, CROWNS, AND EVEN ROOT CANAL AND AM MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE I TRUST THE STAFF 100%

After my dentist retired I started seeing Dr Ly at Gentle Dental and Donna is the hygienist I see. I think Dr Ly is a wonderful dentist, very skilled and very caring. He really cares about his patients and does not want to cause any pain. I think he is an excellent dentist and he has done quite a bit of work for me including filling cavities and making bridges. I highly recommend this dentist and hygienist at Gentle Dental. The folks at the desk are excellent also and always try to be as helpful as possible.

I have stayed away from going to the dentist for as long as I could, but I am sure happy I decided to finally stop in. I have always had such horrible experiences, but my recent visit here was actually really great. They squeezed me right in and got me an appointment right away. The staff was so helpful, friendly and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a clean, welcoming and and professional environment!

Gentle Dental is the best place to go for a professional n caring dental practice. As I am a bit anxious, to put it mildly, they do everything they can to ease your fears. Recently had new crowns made for a total of 9 teeth and used sedation dentistry. Best choice I ever made. The teeth are gorgeous and I look beautiful!! The quality n care they took with my teeth far surpasses any other practice Ive used in my life.

Wouldnt do a cleaning during a check up. After waiting an hour ONLY for an X-ray. We made another appointment for a cleaning. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room and left. No one even said hey we are running late! What is the point of an appointment? Will not return so disappointed.
