CHECK YOUR INSURANCE Their website listed my insurance as one they accept. When I made the appt, I gave my insurance information. NOTHING was said about MetLife no longer being an in network provider. When I questioned why I was being charged, as my cleaning and x-rays are usually covered 100%, the response was that most dental insurances dont cover 100% and Id need to speak with my HR about my benefits. I asked for the Benefit Plan Summary that MetLife had sent over stating they only cover 60%. No wonder: Mondovi is an OUT OF NETWORK provider. Nice of the staff to mention it. Their website also states patients will be provided an estimate of services UP FRONT. Didnt happen. It wasnt until AFTER the x-rays and cleaning (Nancy and Karen are GREAT!) that I was informed I owed $136. Buyer beware. I wont be back. Follow up - just got off the phone with dental office. They are OUT OF NETWORK for ALL insurances. They accept just about all insurances, but the customer will PAY! MONEY MAKING RACKET!

Wonderful group! I have had 2 emergencies (1 when I wasnt even their patient yet) and this office scheduled me immediately. The entire staff is wonderful, warm, friendly and very helpful! I love the dentists, Dr. A and Dr. K (the only ones I dealt with). They are great. Dr. K did all my work. She is compassionate, friendly, warm and a terrific dentist. I am so lucky to have found this group!

The office staff are all patient, compassionate (I have severe medical phobias) and their work is top-notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would never go anywhere else!

Ive only had Rita Sands and Joann Cassimatis work on me. Rita is a treasure, exceptionally competent and careful. Joann has done several procedures beyond simple fillings and Ive been very happy with the results and have had no problems years later. I would certainly recommend these individuals to anyone.

The Doctor, along with his staff were very friendly and helpful in my emergency visit with a broken tooth, They promptly returned my call first thing Monday morning and got me right in, without being a regular patient. Gentle Dentistry is my going to be my new dentist from now on. Very impressive!

Had 2 molars repaired yestetday, A Good experience all AROUND Dr. And chair side assistant did a good job of keeping me comfortable . I like the newly repaired teeth ! I have used this practice in Middletown my for over 30 YEARS .
