Please ask dr if its ok ,i would leave my card and id i even had a printed pay stub of tje 1400.00 to be disbursed monday morning i told him i would be walking from fulton st brooklyn to ozone park queens with my sick cat please help he told me dr shouldnt have a problem with it walking took over an hour my poor cat sick,i finally made it to the dr. Came time for examination i explained all to vet assistant dr didnt even come out to see me or my cat the idiot that told me to come in tells me dr doesnt want to see us i had to walk all the way back home to brooklyn next morning at 5am my email alerts went off it was my direct deposit my card loaded for 1400.00 i googled the nearest pet hospital on atlantic and took a cab with my cat immediatly to get help they treated him immediatly and cured him they even gave me 50.00 off and a new carry case and told me that liberty ave pet hospital shouldnt be in buisness for what they did to me i had proof of payment and was not a new customer. And to stay away from them with my pets i have seven cats and a dog and love them dearly, and liberty animal clinic only cares about money not pet saftey my cat is completly healed and feeling great they even delivered the medecine for me at my house after the visit now thats animal care Beware To the consumer and Pet Lovers stay away from liberty ave pet clinic theyre in it for the money not the love of pets...

I was very pleased and content with this office. My dog had woken up with extraordinary swelling in his face and neck. Prior to this, I hadnt had him taken to a vet, as hes pretty healthy and recently been vaccinated. At the recommendation of a friend, I called this office on a Saturday afternoon. Although the next available appointment wasnt until 2 days ahead, I described my dogs condition, and the vet said hed wait around for me to arrive to examine my dog. I rushed over. The office space itself was warm and encouraging. The receptionist/vet tech greeted us right away, had me fill out paperwork. We were led into an exam room in about 5 minutes. Soon after, the vet came and examined my dog. He, Dr. Dinetz, was really clear and engaging about what he thinks is going on, as well as pretty good with my dog (though maybe its because my dog is a 95lb pitbull). He explained to me his recommended course of treatment and sent us on our way. The office visit is $45, which seems reasonable to me. Im expecting to return to the office this week to see where were going with my dogs condition and treatment, but I feel comfortable with this doctor going forward.

I moved into the neighborhood of this vet and wanted to switch from my old vet but Unless you are waving money in their face they are no help will not answer any questions or supply any help unless you come in for an paid appointment no consultation what so ever if I could give no stars I would and I dont blame the vet Ive never met them but when u call in to make an appt and ask questions to be sure your not coming in for no reason the tell u they will call u back and never do And I have been calling for months try to ask if its ok to bring the new born in wanted to bring in my puppy but I wanted to know if it was to soon to take her from mom and I got no help they are very cheap and now I see why cause they workers ethic is cheap and slack and the dont make u feel like u wanna come back that or they need to fire the guy in the front and who answers the phone he is very rude !!!! Go at ur own risk this place is not hands on or friendly welcoming new clients and I have 3 dogs and 6newborn puppies that I rather take across town then down the block to them !!

Finally a good vet with reasonable prices. SCOTT is not here anymore. The new Vet is fabulous, caring, loving and most of all reasonable. You do not feel like you are paying a mortgage payment when you go anymore. We decided to try the new Dr after years of not going there because we always felt we were getting ripped off like everyone else. But this new Vet is considerate and caring and his prices are so reasonable. We took our dog for an infection on her ears. We were charged $105 for a full physical, than both ears cleaned than he gave us antibiotics for the ears for 10 days for 105. This was not only reasonable but fair and we love this new guy. We recommend that everyone give Liberty Animal Clinic a new try. There are many people who stopped going because of Scott but fear not he is not associated anymore with this place. Go back and support a local business again. Finally a fair and reasonably priced vet in Ozone Park.

I took my beagle back in 2011 due to a skin infection, the vet prescribed her with Prednisone which works as hormones in animals and can be harmful. He also wasnt gentle to her, he grabbed her by the neck and after the visit she was walking with some difficulty. He overcharged me for the medications. Regarding the prednisone, I didnt know better back then that this was hormones for dogs and can be harmful for dogs so I gave her this medication till one day she got extremely ill. She was unable to walk and she was extremely in pain. I took her to another hospital and they mentioned that my doggie was allergic to prednisone. She was diagnosed with arthritis, and infection and a neck disk problem. She had to stay overnight in the hospital and after she was released I found another vet - Midway Animal Hospital, this vet saved my doggie life and helped me to extend her life for four years. Now Daisy is gone after 4 years.

Awful place for my dog. I left get my dog to be neutered at 9am and at 1:30pm exactly I get a call telling me this clinic could not go through with the procedure since my dog is 4 months. Oh! Ive used this place and same vet, Linden Dodson since my puppy was 7 weeks old. We were charged $125 for anesthesia but the Linden Dodson did not come out to for an explaination. Sends out my drugged up dog with a staff instead of him coming out to explain how he botched this procedure. So I put my dog through 24 hours of fasting per Dodsons instructions for a mishap by vet. This is the last visit to this place for my dog. I am speaking to other dog owners/trainer about making this place be more responsible for their action and license to practice. Is it outrageous! This place is outrageous!
