I am deeply disappointed of the service provided by Dr. Marvins staff. My cousin took her kids to their office as it was nearby her job, but she passed away this past year, and we were not aware of a scheduled appointment. As I am helping my cousins husband with taking their kids to medical and dental appointments, I called to make a dental appointment for them and was told I couldnt as they missed their last appointment. An appointment we were not aware of and asked what numbers they called and they mentioned my deceased cousins cell phone and work number. There was no sympathy or exception for major circumstances.

Very Disappointed, he made a " joke " to my 4 year old son, he blew air to his face with a lot of pressure and my son started crying, then he told my son he is not a baby anymore!! Come on!!! its already scary for a kid to go to the dentist why make it worst?

Absolutely horrible. The most unprofessional office Ive ever visit. My children and I were treated very poorly by Dr. Marvin and his wife, who "runs" the office. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.
