Dont waste your time. Made an appointment for 11:45 was on time took 7 minutes to fill out paperwork....waiting another 30 minutes then asked girl behind the desk how much longer....was told for first visits - between waiting time and exam it will be at least an hour and a half (1 1/2 hour) of course they dont bother telling you that when you make the appointment. Ive been getting eye exams for 40 years and never have I waited that long. I dont wait that long to see ANY doctor. So I took my insurance card back and walked out.

I been going the Dr Blum office for a for over 10 years and each year the staff gets more and more rude, specially the older woman, who is in charge of the Money. I have no clue why the person could work for anyone who would want to have a favorable impression with people she reminds me of my drill Sargent over 50 years The Doctors are excellent but the none medical staff is to be avoided at all cost Michael

I have been seeing Dr Blum for several years now, and I must say he is pleasant and excellent as a person and as a Physician, furthermore the employees are helpful and very friendly, I have never encounter any rudness or any complains during all these years, I would give them all 5 stars.

Ive been going to this doctor since I was 9 years old... Im 22 now and I still love him. Best doctor ever And he has done my lasik. I couldnt be happier. Now ALL my cousins are going there AND doing there lasik with them. AMAZING!!!! Xoxo

TERRIBLE PLACE. CALLED TO MAKE AN APPT AND THE STAFF WAS COMPLETELY RUDE ESPECIALLY JOY WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE FRONT DESK REP/ SCHEDULING MANAGER/ MANAGER OF THE FACILITY. BAD EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND
