HORRIBLE! Extremely long wait every time. Theyre always running behind. My husband waited over an hour and a half for a surgical procedure! Who wants to wait anxiously for the unknown?!?! If it wasnt so important to take care of he wouldve walked out. He wouldve been waiting longer if someone else didnt complain and leave their appt due to running behind schedule as well. Ridiculous. Wont be going back.

Dr. Cogg was wonderful, he explained things in a way i understood. However the wait was awful! I checked in 10 mins before my apointment and i was called in 20 mins after my appointment didnt take long at all, I just did not see how it tool so long The optical section was slow too. However there was only one gentalman working
