This was my first visit with Dr. Fripps. What a wonderful experience! To start, the two young ladies at the front desk greet you with a smile on their face (how refreshing!). Then, the preliminary exam before I saw Dr. Fripps was more detailed than Im used to from my old provider. Dr. Fripps even had us repeat one of the steps to be sure we had the result correct for her! Wow! Anyway, once I saw Dr. Fripps, she took the time with me, didnt rush, and listened to my concerns. Her exam was very thorough. We were trying to figure out an issue with my contact lenses, and she figured out a totally different type for me to wear. I was so excited! Never did I feel like she was trying to push me out the door to get to the next patient. Ive been telling everyone about Dr. Fripps. Word of mouth is the best advertising! Im so glad I decided to take a chance in changing my eye doctor!!
