Had a horrible experience. Went to Dulles Eye Associates because my daughter was having some headaches and we were worried. Before coming, I asked how much the visit would cost, and after some back and forth with them and the insurance company, they said my out of pocket would only be $50, and we wont be paying anything else. We went in and they performed some tests on her without telling us what they were. I asked them three times if I would need to pay more than the $50, and they said no, each time. The results of the tests came in, there was nothing wrong with my daughter, I paid the bill, and thought that was that. Two months later my daughter got a bill for $160 dollars, with no explanation as to why she was being charged, or for what tests. I called them repeatedly to clarify and was told that the person responsible for billings would call me. When I did get to speak with him, he was rude. He said he would speak with the Office Manager and get back to me. The next time I heard from him was a voice mail saying they were putting my daughters bill for collection. I called the office repeatedly, trying to get in touch with either him or the office manager, and three days later I was finally able to speak with someone at the office. While they agreed with us, that if they had been in our shoes they would not have paid the bill themselves, they blamed us for their mistake of not informing us of the additional costs of the tests, had no explanation for which tests cost the extra money. I finally gave up and said I would pay the bill, only to be informed that my daughters bill could no longer be paid through their office, as, instead of returning any of my calls, they had already put it for collection. They are rude, with no sense of decency or honesty, and they are leeches who only care about making money and not at all about the patient. UPDATE: After ping-ponging back-and-forth between them and the collection agency and AFTER settling the bill, I was told by them, "we were considering doing something about the situation, but after seeing your negative review on Google, we dont want to help you."

Dr. Nasrullah is an excellent doctor and came highly recommended to me to perform cataract surgery. He carefully reviewed my records to ensure that I be given the correct lens for my eyes. I previously had lasik surgery; and it is very important that my eyes were measured correctly and my vision correctly tested. He is a very enthusiastic person and explained everything to me in advance. The eyes are operated individually; and both surgeries went well. There was no pain during or after the surgery; and I had no problems afterwards. I would recommend him if you are considering cataract surgery.

I had the Raindrop corneal implant surgery and the experience was awesome! Dr. Nasrullah is fabulous! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He spent a great deal of time going over every detail of the surgery and the after surgery instructions and expectations. I was able to read my cellphone without my glasses the next day! Its now a week later and i am at a conference and i am able to switch from the overhead slides to my notes and handouts without having to put on/take off my reading glasses! I am very grateful to Dr. Nasrullah for such a wonderful experience!

I had Lasik done on both eye and the experience was great. I was legally blind in both eyes (corrected with contacts) and today I dont need wear glasses to see at all. It really is amazing. The procedure is explained in detail from start to finish. Dr. Nassrulah used (and had just taken delivery on) what he called "the Ferrari of Lasik machines" (which means more precise procedure). Anyone considering Lasik should read about it, but it really does go by quickly and the results are simply astounding. My procedure was done February 2014.

Not happy with the follow-up service. I was prescribed a medication and when I called back complaining of side effects, I was given no service at all. I had to call 4 times and was not given a reason as to why I wasnt called back. When I asked them for my records so I could see someone new, they told me I could fill out a form for $15 and in one to two weeks they would be sent out. Meanwhile I guess I will wait until they get around to it so I can see someone new.

I was at this facility first time with my wife for our routine eye and vision exam. I found this facility very neat and clean. Staff is very well trained, professional, courteous and polite. There was no wait time and practice is well organized. My wife and I found Dr. Nasrullah a great eye physician/surgeon and a leader for the facility. He takes one patient at a time. This practice met our expectations and I want to rate this practice five stars.

Most worst optical service I ever had in my life. Its been 7 weeks we ordered glasses for my 2 years daughter and they keep delaying passing the issue from one to another associate. Talking to them so painful and they repeat same wording so many times you will go mad...please dont waste money and time dealing with these guys....I could not able to give any stars for them, but Google didnt allow me to post the review.

Over one hour wait past my appt time to see rookie Dr Shaik. She is terrible and was really rough and she hurt my already infected eye when she pulled hard on the lid. Run, dont walk away. I have severe eye allergies and she put a drop in my eye that burned and caused a severe allergic reaction Save yourself some time and money and go buy some eye drops and use ice (her treatment plan) Youre welcome :(
