The front end lady was nice and I was able to make a same day appointment for my daughter. I showed up to her appointment and she was seen on her own --which I am completely okay with because shes now 8. However, after the 10 minute visit my daughter walks out and I assume the optician is who handed me a carbon copy slip and dismissed us with a, " She doesnt need glasses, would you like a copy of the prescription? ". After that, I was totally perplexed because not only did my 8 yo get seen on her own but there was never a "hello" or "would you like an explanation of my findings?" When I asked to speak to the doctor to address some concerns of mine I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. It was as if I questioned the optometrists intelligence and she made it very awkward to be there asking about my daughters eye health. Every response she made was that of someone who was insulted that they were questioned even though we were just seeking answers for our daughters best interests. She wasnt even answering our questions she was defending her findings. I definitely will not being returning to this office and I will not recommend this doctor anyone. There are so many great options out there... this is not one. Also, their selection of glasses is very limited. Affordable but simply boring.

Their sales people are not very helping, you will be standing and wandering for some time before you will be asked why you are here. I have been a regular here, even after we moved 50 miles from frederick. Me and my wife both got glasses and contacts from them. I lost one of my contacts at work one day, so i somehow drove here hoping they could fit me with one of the trial pairs, so that I can drive safely on freeway. The lady, after long deliberation and consultation in the back room, asked me rudely how many boxes i want to order. when i said that I already had an year supply and i just need something for the day so that I could drive 50 miles to home, she plainly said they dont have any samples for my number, which is strange because I have a common number, not fractional or anything. I went to another store, where my friend got his lenses, and they gladly gave me a trial pair without any questions. I am not going back here again. Besides, the contacts were very low in quality compared to trial pair we received before ordering, something fishy seems to be going on. To be fair, I must admit we had no complaints with the doctor.

I went to have my prescription glasses made as well as my sun glasses. While they told me it was going to take a week to have them ready the glasses did not arrive because the lab sent them to the wrong address and they had to make them again. Then I had to go an return the sun glasses because the polarized lenses were improperly aligned, giving me strong headaches. It took them back and it has been a month since I gave it to them. They claim that the lab sent lenses that were too big for the frame. The manager told me she was going to send the frame. Today I called and I was told that she did not send the frame and when the lenses came back they were again too big. For the second time. Now they say that it will take them between 4-6 weeks to give me a refund. If you want to waste your time and loose money go with them. They are without any doubt the worse Optical I have ever attended to.

DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor is rude and impatient. I went in for glasses they told me I had to wait a whole 30 days to get them and once they arrived I could not see out of one eye. I took it back to them and they had to fix it. Everytime I went in for my appointment they insisted I give them my old records, my guess is because they are lazy and dont want to actually do the exam that I paid for. In addition I attempted to get contacts and once again I could not see out of one eye. Please save your time and money, go to a real eye doctor that actually cares about the quality of your glasses and sight.

I dont often review anything, but I dont get all the 1-Star ratings for this place. I went to the one on 7th street, and it was great. The folks up front were fun, had good humor. The Optometrist was a bit surly when I got my exam, but he was thorough, which I appreciate when it comes to eye care. I got a solid pair of frames and they said it would be 7-10 business days. It took 3. Overall I had a good experience.

Poor service on part of the doctors. The first time I went, the doctor gave me a bad prescription. Then I went again to get the eye exam redone with a different doctor, but he just gave me my old prescription without even checking my eyesight properly. The people working in the front were helpful though.

The customer service was great. The receptionists are friendly when I call and in person. The Doctor was nice, he took time to throughly give me a proper eye exam and explained my eye issues. Overall a great experience

Took all three of my kids out of school for a appointment and was late by 10 minutes. I was told that the window to be late was 5-8 minutes. Yet nobody was helping anyone. Ill be going to four eyes from here on out.

Will.never use this place again. The Dr. Is the rudest person I have ever met. I was told my glasses would be ready in a week...three weeks later the office staff could care less if my order is in or not.

The doctor is rude but the staff is quite nice and helpful. I found the price to be very high, especially for the lenses.
