The office manager has one of the worst attitudes of anyone I have ever met. I was just questioning what all I was being charged for and why I wasnt told about fees they charged over what my insurance covered. She immediately got rude and started in with an attitude when I was just asking questions. Had she just answered my questions and been polite this review wouldnt exist. The doctor was great and thorough. This experience will be my last because I will never return or recommend to anyone know.

In all the years that I have been getting an eye exam I have never had the personalized service and the time spent with me that I did with Longmeadow EyeCare. The doctor told me informative information about my exam that I have never even heard before. This service was excellent and Longmeadow Eyecare has won me as a customer for life!

The eye exam was very comprehensive. The lens service was very good. However, processing of insurance claim for reimbursement has been tedious. I have gone back several times to check status. Appointment was in March and I am still waiting for reimbursement. Except for insurance processing, service is excellent.
