I recently took part in the BOGO offer and I chose a pair of sunglasses for my second pair. Total cost was over 400.00 (for one pair of glasses, because it is buy one, get one, remember?). I went in to be fitted for them and noticed that one of lens in the sunglasses was too small for the frame. I could see daylight along the bottom edge of the lens on one side. I asked about what could be done and the lady responded "nothing, thats the way they come because they are polarized lens". I kept on until she talked to the gentleman in the back who responded the same way. I finally told her that for the amount of money that I had spent, I was not satisified. One of the lens was fine so I wasnt buying that "they come that way". She went to talk to the manager of the store who I could hear all the way across the store saying "Ill tell her, they dont get any better than that, we cant remake them, ..." It took him so long to come to assist me that I had to ask the woman again if he was coming. She went to him and he started talking loudly again as he headed over my way .. "Is this her? Right here? I"ll tell her" again. Before I could get my concerns out of my mouth he cut my words very short and refused to listen to my complaint. "Perfect pair of glasses" "We cant remake them" "Theres nothing wrong with them" "You are seeing a reflection" "They are polarized, thats why they are like that". He was a biligerant individual with no concept of customer relations. When I realized he wasnt going to let me get a word in edgewise without making a dramatic scene I promptly asked for a refund. It was then that he calmed down although he never offered to make my glasses right. I got my money back and he lost a 450.00 sale. I do not recommend doing business here - try Costco where they treat you with some dignity - you can buy a membership and still get your glasses cheaper!!

Purchasing the glasses went off without a hitch. Picking up on the other hand , with "Anita" was a horrible experience . Glasses - a license optician SHOULD check to ensure the glasses fit correctly because most clients have no idea how theyre supposed to fit . Anita simply handed them to me and asked "feel ok?" Sunglasses - The arm of the sunglasses was really loose (they werent when I bought them) I handed them back to her and said they were way too loose . She couldnt tighten them . So she said they didnt have another in stock and would have to order them . And id have to come back . So I asked why this wasnt caught before they called to tell me they came in . "We only check the prescription." I asked if they check the hard wear . Her response "Nope" I explained my reasoning for waiting to pick up until both pairs of glasses and contacts were in (I live an hour and twenty minutes away) and that I was upset because making a third trip back at a later date was extremely inconvenient . She offered to mail them ... But I didnt want to take the chance that they too would have an issue . Additionally , who was going to adjust them ? I cant , especially not without any tools . I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THE PRODUCTS HARDWARE WOULDNT BE CHECKED BEFORE THEY CALLED TO SAY MY ORDER WAS COMPLETE .

The customer service was atrocious. The woman helping me choose frames only showed me the most expensive frames, and the "deal" she was going to offer me ended up costing nearly $500. I told her that I just wanted my prescription back (I had gone the the optometrist next door) and she told me that the WOULD NOT give it to me because I wasnt allowed to have it. She said that she wouldnt even write it down for me. Knowing what I know and being in the healthcare field, I told her that the prescription was actually mine and I insisted on having it back, as I was the one who provided it to her in the paperwork the OD had given me. She eventually gave it to me, but not without me asking to speak with a manager. She was rude and flighty, and seemed terrified to lose a sale but was doing everything she could to make sure she didnt get one. I eventually took my prescription to Sams Club and got awesome Coach frames and Crizal lenses for about half of what Visionworks quoted me.

Absolutely horrible service. It took us 2 hours to check out once wed picked the glasses because the guy checking us out had no idea what was going on. Im pretty sure he was on drugs, he kept asking us the same question 2 or 3 times in a row and then would just stare at us for 30 seconds after hearing the answer. When I went back in to pick up one of the pairs of glasses we ordered, I wanted to check and make sure that the glasses that still hadnt come in would be correct. The lady helping us was absolutely horrible. She talked down to my wife like she was 2 years old, kept walking away to go get candy to eat, and again, had no idea what was going on! Another worker was standing nearby and when I finally just said nevermind, thanks for no help and was about to leave, he started rolling his eyes. All in all, I would definitely not recommend this place. The prices might be alright, but the people there are just so absolutely ridiculous!

I took my 7 year old son to the eye clinic & our experience was awful! I told the staff that my child suffered from anxiety. They seemed to ignore me & went on with trying to dilate his eyes. There was no patience, nor compassion. They just seemed annoyed that my son was terrified. I saw my son on the verge of a panic attack after several attempts to get the drops in his eyes. So I left & ended up at the ER with a child that was having a full blown anxiety attack. I will NEVER go back there. The staff was rude & the Dr. made several comments about having other patients to attend to. She had NO "bed side manner". Worst experience EVER & I plan on taking this farther. These people had NO right to treat my child so poorly & if they suffered from anxiety maybe they would learn to be a little more understanding! Do not go to this eye clinic if you care for decent, humane service!

Really miss Ms. Diane!! Granite, April was very nice when I went in to pick out my new frames. But after 10 days, and I had to call myself to see if they were ready, and they were. (They didnt call me) After much excitement because one pair was sunglasses, I was really disappointed! They had the lens in the wrong frames. What I would wear as my regular glasses, had the darker lens in them. I looked at the lady and said this is not right. After she looked over the paperwork, she looked at me and said youre right, they got it wrong. I knew this already. My next comment was so do I have to wait 10 more days?! She said no, remakes are pushed to the front. I was very upset that I have to wait longer. It was always so nice to work with Ms. Diane. She is truly missed!!!
