The worst experience ever. Ive been going to the eye care center for 15 years. Under the ownership of Dr. Siegel and received excellent service. My last visit was a nightmare. I was not informed that the eye care center was bought by a corporation. I was seen by Dr. Cox excellent doctor very compassionate, the exam was great. When I was finished I inquired about contacts and glasses. The girls assisting were like robots and read from scripts. I told them to process payment through my VSP and BC/BS as I have a medical issue with eyes. I ordered contacts and ask about glasses. They wanted over $1200.00 for new pair and $450.00 for just lenses absolutely craziness. They got that price down to $247.00 leaving me with thick plastic lenses. I declined then I was charged an extra $298.00 out of pocket. I have VSP AND BC/BS. Then a month later they sent me a bill for $59.00. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like staff rudeness and over charged. I can purchase same glasses they tried to sell me for $159.00 or less.

My experience here was just awful. My husband and I have used this eye center for a number of years. I went in today to get new glasses. I went to the counter and told the girl what I needed and she said start looking at frames and some one will be with you in a couple of minutes. I waited 25 minutes and no one showed up to assist me. There was not anyone else that they were working with. After 25 minutes I went back to the counter and asked another girl when someone was coming to help me. Her reply was we work for the eye doctor and we have nothing to do with that area (waving her hand towards the eye glasses). She never offered to go get someone. I finally left. Very very disappointed!! We will never go there again.

The billing department tried to bill us twice for my daughters visit for contacts. My wife paid the balance at time of visit, then they billed my 16 yr old daughter for the same amount. Do not patronize this organization as they will act confused about the billing (which is designed to be thoroughly confusing, especially if you use insurance.

Professional & courteous staff. Reception is inviting. Nice open & modern waiting room. (Though Ive never had to wait more than a couple minutes). Techs & doctors went the extra mile for me when I had concerns about a possible condition. They patiently & thoroughly double-checked.
