Stay far away from this place! I have never been charged out of pocket for a contact exam until coming to this place. The employees argued in front of me because she wasnt supposed to charge me until I came back. They never refunded my money but also never scheduled a follow up. When I called my insurance company I was told this place was a scam. They bill your insurance something different than what they give you a receipt for. Therefore, costing you out of pocket well over one hundred dollars. Then when I called the office I was hung up on 3 times, never got a call from the doctor as I was told and its been 3 weeks since. I went elsewhere to order my contacts. This is a terrible company.

Its generally very crowded so plan to wait for help or delays in your appointment time. Doctor was very nice and thorough. Ordered full year supply of contacts prior to my approval during trial period. Tried two other trial pairs, then ordered the one I liked and order was never placed. Reordered so hopefully it will be done right this time. Overall not a bad place just usually crowded and understaffed so be prepared.

If you like paying for contacts then waiting 6 months to get them, this is the perfect place for you. They never return phone calls. They have told us 5 times that the contacts were ordered, and after each follow up, someone "forgot." Please go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly greated as soon as i entered I seen a lot of bad reviews didnt have 1 issue glasses even came early and yes they was understaffed but they let me know upfront there my be a little wait which wasnt even that bad of a wait
