I rely on reviews from the web, and found this one because it was down the street from my home. I usually am pretty bad at going to the eye doctor because I hate having things touch my eye, or getting drops in my eye for dilation. I would highly recommend this place. The front desk staff was really friendly, and Dr. Ryan was really friendly as well. For everything they did, they gave an explanation for what they were doing, and why it was being done. I opted in for the use of the Retinal Imaging Camera (extra $28 fee not covered by insurance). They were able to take a picture of my eye, and from this, I did NOT have to do drops to dilate my eyes because the doctor was able to see the state of health of my eyes from these images. Saved time and worrying. Doctor recommended that for options for glasses, that I get anti-glare lenses, and showed me why. When I was done, they asked if I needed glasses, but were NOT pushy for me to get them from their office. That was great because other places Ive been to really push their expensive eyewear on me. I also liked them because when you make an appt. from their online web portal, theyll send you an email to confirm, youll get an automated call as a reminder, and youll also get a text message. For next appt, youll also get an automated reminder. This is great for me because I love technology. The visit was very short, informative, high tech and easy. Im going to stick to this practice.

Dr. Ryan helped me when I had a very painful cornea ulcer. First, his amazing staff was able to get me in quickly with some scheduling wizardry. They used text messaging and traditional contact methods for rapid communications. Then, Dr. Ryan helped keep my vision in tact, with excellent treatment for the cornea ulcer. Finally considering the best long-term routine for my vision care, he moving me to a healthier, more "breathable" brand of contact lenses. Dr. Ryan patiently answered my questions and spoke to me about more permanent surgical options, bringing up some interesting options I had not even heard of. Most importantly, Dr. Ryan took into account my crazy schedule and found a breathable, daily lens I could throw out after wearing, which for a person who travels a lot is essential. I work in the film & entertainment industry, so my vision is critical to my success. On average, I spent 12-16 hours a day looking at digital displays. Dr. Ryan has worked with me on a few challenging vision issues in the past, such as, 20/200 vision and astigmatism in both eyes. Thanks to Dr. Ryan, my vision is back to 20/20 and my eyes are nice and healthy! Thank you vision team! You rock :)

The diagnostic equipment has advanced so much. Amazing! Fast, accurate and no drops! Dr Ryan was to the point as always, completing the eye exam in his usual thorough yet direct manner. And he addressed all of my day to day vision concerns. The optician was fine too. She prepared my lenses on site since I had no practical way to leave my glasses and still function. Overall great visit.

Im 55 with a pronounced cataract in my right eye. I looked up Dr. Ryan on Anthems web site and choose his office at random. Boy! Was I lucky. Not only did RVC give me corrective lenses that perfected my short and long distance sight; they made this first timer feel really comfortable and safe. Please, try Ryan Vision Center. You wont be disappointed.

My visit is always thorough and efficient from start to end. From being a patient of Dr. Ryans so long, he knows me and my needs. I can go and have a full eye and contact exam and be done in 20 minutes. Even ordering glasses can take as little as 15 minutes. And I love that they are able to make my glasses same day there in their lab.
