This practice is absolutely horrible, especially Dr. Tamura (one of the doctors). I have been using Unity for YEARS and am so excited that I finally took the leap and am getting away from them permanently! I really only have experience with Dr.Tamura and at first I thought she was just the greatest thing ever. Then over time it was clear to me that she has NO idea about the medicines she is prescribing, what so ever. I cant stress enough how much I wouldnt recommend seeing her, none the less any doctors and this practice or the one in Spencerport. I dont usually write bad reviews about places, but this one really needed to be done! Save yourself and go somewhere else!

I was humiliated for my medical. No medical attention was giving by supervisor or Nicole a.doctor. and as well as oconner who I. Trusted my petaonal life with. I will continue to proceed with further process. This is not professional Nor way is it right to be hung up on after a medical problem happening at the moment. Where do I begin. The receptionists are very rude and the three doctors that I have dealt with are also very rude and I have even heard one of the doctors making fun of a patient with a receptionist. The waiting time is very often way too long. I have switched to another doctors office and one that is not Unity. Unity has become very impersonal and just all around rude.

Love Dr. Bank and Dr. Tamura! Phones are not always answered promptly, but staff is very kind. Not happy with new system of being routed through a main call center first, impersonal, especially when you are ill.
