This place is a complete joke! They are unethical in their "treatment",of their patients. If this place were truely concerned with helping people to conquer their addiction, they would obviously include mandatory counceling sessions along with a well thought out individual treatment plan for each patient with specifics concerning each persons initial dosage, the estimated time it will take to be safely medically detoxed, and aftercare counseling for anyone detoxed but still in need of therapy. Instead they perpetuate your addiction by continuing to dose people for years in most cases, without mention of weening them unless a person finds themselves uninsured and unable to pay for services..when this happens, suddenly they decide to do a 21 day detox. Therefore it is safe to conclude that this place uses their own selfish greed as an excuse for compromising the overall wellbeing of people who are already vulnerable. Also, they abuse their authority by threatening patients with expulsion from the program if they just dont like them. I do not understand how this place keeps a license when they are obviously operating outside the laws and regulations set forth by the AMA.

Never go to this place!! They dont care about their patiants at all. They just care about the money we bring. I called to tell them I was going to be a minute or two late because I couldnt find my keys and had to take another car....I get there at 10:30 and they closed and locked the door right on my face!! They favor ppl all the time. Ive seen them let ppl that they like in the doors past 10:30. Although, most of the time they just lock the door at 10:30 and will do it as soon as you get to the door (you can even hear them lock it) even if your a min or two late, sometimes even if you got there before 10:30. Ive seen them do it to so many ppl. They could care less about us and what we do. Instead of letting ppl in for being less then 2 mins late, they would rather turn them away and have them go out and find drugs to use! Most ppl who miss a day would go find whatever they can get ahold of, but I havent touched any drugs in 4 years, so I have to go home and be miserable and wont be able to do a damn thing. Its so ridiculous!! This was my last straw... Im def switching to another clinic as soon as I can.

This place, and their parent groups other clinics, have absolutely no regard for the rights of their patients. The frequently violate the federal 43 CFR guidelines and will acknowledge they are doing it and continue doing it. I had to call the CARF WHO THEN HAD TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE to get Hagerstown to comply. I have spoken to 3 former staff members and have heard nothing but negativity. If you dont mind having your rights violated and want to have your dose lowered as punishement....feel free. I would have a copy of your federal rights as a methadone patient and your basic patient rights saved into your phone, know a good Certified Methadone Advocate, and the numbers for CARF and the MD state Opiate Treatment Authority ready at all times!

If it would let me give this clinic a fat 0 I would. They dont care about their patients, they care about their money. This clinic isnt guideded to help you get sober, they want you on it so they can keep you on it for years and continue to pay them. The line in the mornings ranges from 10 min to an 2 hours. Their director and her boss do nothing but look down to the patients that are in treatment and treat them like they are superior to them. If you need help I would use this place as your very LAST resort! There is so much more I could say too, it is very sad that someone that is suppose to help people is only harming them.

Wow, these guys act like they care until the patients start asking questions. Lynn one of the main people is very rude,, When they turned me away at 9:00 on saterday and the website says closed at 9:30, when i finally got an answer it was lynn saying that they cant help what THERE website says, She was very rude and said , im done talking about this, and hung up on me. What the hell? And dont be 1 min late because they wont let you in. They dont care about there patients.

Do not go here!! One window with one person working and a thousand people, lines out the door, rude staff and its just a bad place.... its a almost riot every other day, they want your money so they will only keep you addicted to there legal haroin and if you try to complain, they threaten to take your meds away...dont go

This place is a complete joke. Can someone please tell me the numbers to call. I have had numerous issues . Please help I need help bad am a recovering addict and am facing not being able to dose for 5 days straight every week or loosing my job. Is a long story but I dont deserve this at all.

Im thankful for it but the wait and line is just ridiculous. Constantly losing staff so the patients suffer because of it. It just needs to upgrade a little bit and give the staff and patients what they need.
